Totally not the high road man.

As for my ragequits:I bit of swearing followed by "BRB" as I usually come back a bit later...Or I don't and leave a sense of mystery.

I've never rage quit. But when I'm frustrated I just put my arms up and go "Aaaaaaaaahh!" D8 Not very loud though.

"FUCK THIS SHIT!!"

I then leave the game, and take a 10 minute breather.

Some variation of "Fuck this" or "AAAAARRGHHHH!!", if I get that angry with the game. I don't rage quit all that often, I normally just pause the game and walk away for a bit before I go back.

I generally just leave quietly. No point in drawing attention to the rage-quitting.

I usually just leave if its game that won't have any penalties on me such as a TF2 match or crappy CS match. I mean if the match is no longer fun due to constantly being dead and making no contribution then what is the point of playing it? However, if its a game like COD or Halo, I stay till the end if I can. Its better to lose with dignity in matchs like that. Also I sometimes come back from my losing streak. But there was this one time on Halo: Reach on a Spire Invasion Slayer match where we were winning and I was doing really well and I was lucky to pick up a Sparten Laser. So I'm wasting a bunch of Elites and have one shot left. Then a warthog spawns in one of those circle things you capture for like 20 seconds so that equipment appears and a elite gets into the gunner position. So I line up my sights, charge and fire at the warthog, empty of team mates, and with a bunch of elites around it when all of a sudden an ally jumps in front of my scope as I hit the warthog. I immediately panic but since I cannot do anything he gets killed and its listed as a betrayal. So he decides to kick me from the game via the betrayal system. So yea sometimes I can't complete a game if I get kicked due to an accidental betrayal. btw for anyone that is interested, I went back and checked the aftermatch report later and it turns out the match went downhill for us after I was kicked.

But back to your original question, if I did ragequit I would probably say "Well this game was spiffin chaps until shit got frivilous. Cheerio, pip pip and hope its smashing for whom ever wins."

Usually a short, gutteral growl, followed by a muttering of "fuck it". Usually said so quickly that it sounds more like "ffkit".
If I'm going for a creative ragequit, (which I don't count as a proper ragequit, as I have time to plan it) I go with something along the lines of.
"Well, it's been fun guys, but I have better things to be doing right now. Like shoving a cattle prod up my arse"
Then instant disconnection from whatever I'm ragequitting.

Usually, I ragequit single-player games so I hardly ever use creative ragequits.

BULLSHIT.

Normally the anger justs builds up slowly, until I finally scream out the above word and rage. Then I join another multiplayer match. And the cycle continues...

Exactly this. But I tend to wait 'til the game's over, and then bail from the lobby. Rage-quitting mid-game just feels wrong...

If I ever did, it would probably be a "fucks sake ...".

I have been on the end of one sided ass kickings that I quit out of, it's more of a "how boring, I am going to find a game where I have a chance" type thing, rather than a rage induced "FUCK! now my controller is stuck in the wall!".

Penalizing people for quitting a game is stupid. Not everyone lives alone in a studio apartment with no friends, neighbors, or family members.

Sorry if this isn't "hardcore" enough, but I'll leave a match for bbq any day of the week.
