I like the Freemason idea. It's complete BS but some of my friends joined a Masonic Temple so they'd be on the right side when the time comes.
I'm a Mason, and we're not up to anything. Trust me, most of us are just old men.
Don't worry. I'm saving my suspicions for those mole-people.

Well you can't trust the Mole People, they're a bunch of flakes!

Most believable? Well, none that i've heard. All the theories end up sounding like cockamamie stories that some whack-job who never leaves his basement for fear that the fucking CIA is outside watching him or something because he's "so smart" and "knows the truth".

I can believe in logical things, such as intelligent life in other solar systems, but stuff like the CIA had Kennedy killed just boggles my mind in absurdity. Or the whole "Bush planned 9/11" nonsense, it's all mindless gibberish from rambling lunatics with an unhealthy obsession with poorly written movies.
I heartily suggest you and everyone else reading this thread watch "Zeitgeist" and "Zeitgeist addendum", both available for free right here. [http://www.zeitgeistmovie.com/]

No wild eyed conspiracy theories, no lunatics. You believe in logic? Watch the movies.

I'm not going to try to convince you of anything, but these two award winning films might.

I KNEW IT!

Now we just need to uncover the conspiracy that says Britney Spears has talent, and that the Jonas Brothers are in fact, NOT androids...

I'll give them a look later tonight. If it's something logical that makes sense then I might go with it, but if it's more "the government is plotting something evil" bullshit then i'll stop it and never watch it again.

It's like with the movie 2012, I think it looks stupid. Not only because I don't buy into the whole "it's the end of the world" bullshit, but also because I thought we got out of the 90's and away from disaster movies.

A company that creates a virus which revives the living, leading to them killing us. The company is... the Parasol Corporation.

I think its the one that says the Titanic didnt actually sink. It was her sister ship the olympia.
It goes something like this but there may be a few errors to check up on.
the Titanic had insurance.
The Olympia didnt.
In dry dock the olympia suffered damage that was unrepairable for a perminent ammount of time. Knowing they would loose money because of the lack of insurance, the company that made both ships, switched the name tags and documentation for the ships and sent out the The Olympia under the insured name of the titanic and with a temporary fix (thats all that could be done as no perminent fix could be) the Olympia set out and of course sank due to its damage and the little help of some ice that was convieniantly crashed into.
The Titanic (now called the olympia and still in dry dock) was fine and with the insurance money the comapny had made no losses.
This explains many things like why there was very little life boats on board. Simple really. The comapny paid a skeleton crew and made it look like the ship was full for a maiden voyage. everyone was saved in the lifeboats. there were just fewer people than what the rest of the world thought.
The entire teamwho built the ships and the fake passengers were sworn to secracy.
A documentary was made not that long ago on british TV to try and solve these conspiracys.
The presenter went to Belfast where the ships were made and went on the local radio asking for any info on a possible conspiracy. He Told the city what i basically just told you.
One man said that when he was young his father had worked on the titanic and he had told him that it wasnt really the titanic but the Olympia, confirming the conspiracy. Some other people did the same including a 95 year old who said his older brother by 22 years had worked on the titanic and he had told him the same story in hospital a week before he died.
Weird.
I believe it.
But i also believe what Scaredpanther0101 sayd because the same documentary did an episode on that and it tturned out that not only did the mayan callender predict it but so did the ancient Romans, greeks and Chinese. All at different time periods in history and on different parts of the Globe.

None of them. I have yet to come about a conspiracy theorist that didn't sound bat shit crazy. But most of the conspiracy theorists are pretty uneducated on the subject their trying to discuss so it's no wonder when their "theory" is being disproved by any human being on this planet with half a brain.

AHA! That's just what "They" want us to think!

I am so just kidding. I actually wrote a short story in High School about a guy who gets hit by lightning, and goes into a parallel dimension where he meets "Them" (You know, the people that you're talking about when you say things like "They say that blah blah blah") I can't remember all the dialogue, but I remember the best line from it: Main character: "Wait, you mean you're them? As in they? As in the "them" that everyone gives everything credit for?" Them: "That's right, that's us." Main character: "They say that you guys don't really exist." Them: "No we didn't."

(Sigh) I have entirely too much time on my hands. Damn self-employment.

I'm gonna go outside and talk to a girl.

sorry, I just get annoyed when people say this, even if they are joking, so I'd like to introduce you to this [http://www.cracked.com/article_15740_was-911-inside-job.html].

I'd say UFO's are probably real. The aliens probably think we're too stupid to bother making contact with. I can't blame them.
my dad always liked to point out that aliens had no reason to come to earth more than twice, once if they were mapping out the region, and a second time if they were going to introduce themselves. since the second hasn't happened, and the first could have but we don't know, why would they keep showing up?

Zeitgeist is pretty convincing ... but i think people get the wrong end of the stick with conspiracies... i mean those people who set up cults and take it as the word of gods must of had their brain put into a pool of electric eels.

It should just be another look at thing, a second opinion if you wish. An opinion can't be a true opinion without relevent facts research and oposition.

How did so many people die if everyone was saved by lifeboats? You said that there were fewer people then everyone thought, but that doesnt explain how so many people's family members never came home.

We didnt land on the moon in 1969. We may have landed on it at a later date, but definatley not in 1969. That is about the only conspiracy i beleive in.

Wait! Are you telling me the Masons aren't conquering the world with genetically engineered radioactive fish children with missile fingers!?
