The credit based unlocks reduced the amount of things you could unlock, which is one of the glaring problems in having an experience-based leveling system. If I don't feel I'm being rewarded, I get bored with the grind. A credit based unlock system is great in theory, but in practice its made the grind from prestige to prestige so much more of a bore.
What I would suggest is building on the Modern Warfare 2 model, by choosing which unlocks you wish to unlock *first*, with higher tier weapon attachment unlocks harder to obtain if you haven't unlocked them in the normal order, but you were rewarded in such a way that taking on such a challenge would make the effort worthwhile.
OR! changing the credits into skill points of some kind, only netting you a couple per prestige, so that you can't blow your load and get everything. Also, these skill points would require a choice. Either get an attachment early, or save up enough to get a special emblem or the ability to retain all your attachments for each unlocked weapon for a *single* prestige run-through. Also, the more you have, the more different you should look. To reward the cheapskates, as opposed to those who spend all their points.
Removing the boring elements of Black Ops, and the broken aspects of Modern Warfare 2, and combining what makes both games work really well, would definitely get my money. Without a doubt.

Like a god damn race horse on Red Bull, and its like that on BFBC2 as well. Probably one of the least used weapons in the whole game because if you aren't within fifteen feet of your target, you'll kill more air than players. That said, bullet spitters like that are fun as hell.Master Kuja said:The F2000 pisses rounds, it'll always kick like an absolute *****.
