What "final boss," or "final battle," do you hate the most?

Any boss from Ninja Gaiden will do, but the worms especially. Hated fighting those things two at a time.

Since I've been playing Uncharted 2, it made me remember how much I hated the final boss level. The shotgun drove me bonkers because its not that effective of a weapon against the number of guys thrown at you. The section with Navarro was frustrating as well, since it was never really clear what move I had to pull next.

Still love the game with a passion, though

The cutscene before the fight is basically a punch in the face and the boss fight itself is nothing more than dodging instakill attacks and using a specific power once for every character.

Dr. Tongue in Zombies Ate My Neighbors.

First, it's hard as hell just getting to that point. Secondly, you first face him as a giant spider, so it makes you think "Oh, I've done this once, I can do it again." Then, he goes into his final form, surprises the hell out of you, then proceeds to unleash hell upon you.

I never understood why nearly every large boss in that game moved so ridiculously fast, too.

The Shadow Queen from Paper Mario: TYD. Super easy for first 5 min. 10 min cutscene. Then the boss battle gets pretty damn diffcult. Whenever you die, you start over. YOU CAN'T SKIP THE GODDAMN CUTSCENE. Never finished the game because of that.

All of the ones with quick time events also Grunty from Banjo Kazooie, I have tried over 100 times, I always get killed when I have to launch the Jinjo's I can't seem to move fast enough.

I was thinking that.. I think the ball boost guardian was harder to be perfectly honest, despite it being shorter. Either way, i have beaten them both many times.
Then i find out that some bosses in that game have had the difficulty reduced because it was 'too hard' in the collection (wii) editions. Ehh..

Sorry I meant too easy. At least in halo 2 it was somewhat difficult.

Somewhat difficult!? That asshole Brute Chieften took an eternity to kill on Legendary. You actually had to waste several weapons full of ammunition until he died. Sword Slashes didn't seem to take that much off him, and he could kill you you in one attack most of the time.

Guilty spark at the end of Halo 3. Even on insane difficulty I didn't die once, and I died A LOT on insane difficulty.

Why are you calling it insane difficulty? its LEGENDARY. Play too much Gears of War?

jesus, if you could call that a boss. SPOILER once I waited to make it more dramatic and the other dude shot him I restarded my xbox. You couldn't even hit him with a sword

My sister is a Bioshock fan and had to leave the room, this is how the conversation went.
Sister-"Don't let me miss this boss, O.K?"
Me-"Don't worry, he won't be dead by the time you get back." 4 minutes later.
Me-"He's dead. Sorry you missed it."
Seriously, as long as you had lots of grenades and explosive ammo, Fontaine is easy as hell.

gotta say marvel ultimate alliance 2's final boss (SPOILERS!! STOP READING NOW) nick fury on legendary, for one reason he did so much damage and almost one shotted my characters, also he took alot of anticipation, lastly TOO MUCH EFFING HEALTH, it took me 40 minutes to kill the jerk
