Never did finish Oblivion.
Borderlands also, never got complete,
And recently, Space Marine, but I'll probably jump back into it when I'm tired of Gears.

Beyond Good & Evil. It's just kinda sitting in my library waiting to be played/finished. I didn't get very far and my hard drive formatted itself....for the second time this year. first time I lost 3, almost 4 years of game data. hundreds of hours into some games, and when it formatted itself again this time, I just haven't gotten back into it.

GTA San Andreas. For my reasons, look at Madara XIII's comment. It took too long for me to level up my swimming skill, so I just gave up on the story and just had fun with the other stuff. I won over two million dollars on horse-betting, so getting weapons without cheating was never a problem.

Any number of racing games. Forza 3 and Blur spring to mind. I guess the lack of a narrative takes away some of my drive to finish.

What exactly do you mean by "finished"? Do you mean like 100% completion? 'cause I don't think I've 100% completed a game in my life except maybe Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3.
But if you mean "finished" as in completed the main story, then I would say Persona 3, fucking Nyx! I keep telling myself I'll go back and beat him eventually, but I've never gotten around to it. Also Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, never got past the boss Ing. And Sonic Heroes, never managed to collect all the damn chaos emeralds.

OT: DA:O I love the game but I just lost interest.
Overlord, the controls just piss me off and near the end I got sick of dealing with it.

Metro 2033 -- The fucking Library. Librarians are the definition of bulletsponges.
You aren?t suppose to be fighting them, I can?t imagine getting thru the entire thing actually fighting those things. I?d probably have run out of ammo.
You can stare them down. Ulman tells you this before he leaves. When they see you and come towards you stay still and aim at their face. Move back a few steps when they roar and stamp at you. They will turn around and leave you be. You just have to watch for holes in the floor or ceiling and keep alert, you don?t want them getting behind you. ALL of them can be dealt with like this. Even the black ones, you just have less room for error with them.

Technically you aren't even supposed to fight them, everyone advises you to run, and you get an achievement if you ever manage to kill one. That being said, Get a pneumatic rifle, pump it up and try to get a few headshots. If the librarian is moving around too much just go for center of mass hits. Even if it takes 10-15 shots to take it down(which it wont), you will be able to get all your ammunition back from the corpse. You can actually use the same trick to kill those flying 'demons;' although with them you are more likely to miss and lose ammunition.
Just fired 2033 up.

Tried sneaking. According to the wiki it's really hard to sneak once you buy heavy armor. Didn't work.

Tried the staring down thing. Those fucks didn't leave me alone, and every three steps I'd have to stare another down.

So I said fuck it and Rambo'd it. I entered with around 70 shotgun shells, 2 sticky pipebombs, and 130 dirty 5.45 rounds, and 40 MGR. When I left, I had less than 10 shells, around thirty 5.45, almost no MGRs and no pipebombs.

Thank god for the Heavy Shotgun + Bayonet. Stab a Librarian in the face, unload all six or five shots, pull out my VSV and finish them off with around fifteen shots of 5.45 bullets.

As I said. Fucking bulletsponges.

Final Fantasy 12.

I've almost got and done everything. It just seems like beating Yiazmat (which was a MAJOR pain in the ass) warranted a break that I haven't ended yet.

Bad Company 2,
I liked character with personality which is not very often in military shooters, about campaign I don't remeber what was it about but I just didn't continue with it mostly because of MP.

I like to finish every single game I start. I don't have to do all the side missions or anything, but I need to bring the plot to a conclusion, even in Super Mario Galaxy (I only got about 70 stars, but I "beat" it).

However I can think of one game I loved that I never got to the end of: Operation Flashpoint. The branching campaign was long as hell -- particularly because it was such an unforgiving game -- and I kept going through it in different ways, but I never actually played it right through to a conclusion. I might try it again one day, since there's never really been anything quite like it (except for the Arma games which are possibly even more extreme).

All the gta's except san andreas I finished. Somehow got stuck on missions I couldn't complete. After picking up the girl friend in gta 4 and having her say, 'you wearing the same clothes again'? Made me want to smash the disk. I started playing sr2 instead with a nude character and never looked back.

I did the main story of fallout 3 but without companions the dlc's started to get boring.

I never finished dragon age 1. I got passed the mission as a mage where the boy was possessed and ea's server took a hit and I lost those abilities. Didn't want to back hours to get again.

Played just cause 2 but never have enough money to get all the weapons I need for a mission. Unfortunately I did enough missions the military sends a helicopter right away. Once I was chased by two but couldn't snipe the co-pilot to hijack either. Not fun being chased by two copters.

FF13 got monotonous and I just quit. Other final fanatasies I ran into killer bunnies or dragons that wiped out my team in two hits from FF7 on. I should have learned by now.

I almost didn't finish sr2, ME2 and red dead redemption but forced myself to finish the last 2-3 missions. Sr2 ending classic, rdr jack ending, lame. ME2 still has me pissed my full paragon bar isn't enough for a lap dance from kelly. Not sure if I want to do last 2 missions (legion loyalty, suicide mission) for more paragon when I know the renegade way on those missions will save the galaxy.

Really want to finish DW8 just found all those alchemy equations and casino bets to get best armor for characters depressing.

After playing me2 inspired to finish kotor 1. Best dark side moment - having the romeo/juliette families slaughter each other. Never felt so good being evil.

The Nintendo DS remake of Final Fantasy 4.

I got all the way to the last dungeon of the game and grinded my party of heroes up an additional 10 levels just to fight the random encounters at the entrance. When I finally reached the bottom I had about another 8 levels for my whole party.

I walked up to the boss and started up the encounter...He wiped out my entire party in a single attack before I could even move. Haven't touched the game since, it was fun by no way am I grinding any more for it.

At the moment, Gauntlet, Gauntlet Dark Legacy, Super Mario 64 (the original, never played the DS one). I haven't got any other in mind though...OH! And Morrowind.

Arkham Asylum. I loved the stealth sections but I hate brawlers with a passion so I quit playing and went back to playing other games.

The original Half Life, not because I got bored, but cause I'm a tad hydrophobic in games, and the first one is no different.

Hell, I barely survived Ravenholm with my sanity... yeah, I'm a wimp.
