I'll say most movie tie ins I played were pretty nasty, with the few that were decent. I might have to come back to this one, my head's not with 'it' right now.

Spore.

Seriously, I got so down on the crappiness and laziness of the actual game that I wrote a 22-page (and rising) list of features and concepts it SHOULD HAVE included.

The first warning signal was when they released the creature editor, I made my stuff for the game, thinking "sweet, I can't wait to play creature with this guy" only to find that, because the creature stage can only start with cell-creatures with a set of legs, these guys could only be used in stages AFTER creature. I mean, what was the fucking point?

Oh, the Tribal stage...eugh...I need to play something fun now to make the bad times go away

I wish I hadn't played Sins of a Solar Empire. Spent ages trying to figure out what made it fun.
Really? You just didn't like some aspects of it or you just couldn't, overall, find anything about it fun?
Nothing about it was fun. NOTHING AT ALL.
I enjoyed it while I played it, it just sort of lost interest to me after repeating the same thing I do every time I play Vasari "Capture every planet in my system... tech to Skarovas... SPAM SHITLOADS OF THEM... WIN FOR THE FIFTY QUADRILLIONTH TIME..."

Not only that, the pacing was terrible. It was WAY too slow.

Edit: Oh, forgot about the topic. I wish I'd never EVER played Halo Wars. Waste of my $100 (Australian)

Also, C&C 3. It ruined my interest in playing Halo Wars.
It seems like you played it on the 360. In this case, you are a MASSIVE idiot. I've played it on the PC and the 360 and the PC version kicked the shit out of it. Now I understand people wanting to release RTSes on other platforms, like consoles (more users and everyone on said platform can run it), but you just CAN'T make it work without the mouse and keyboard. Halo Wars' control system was... exactly the same as CnC3's was on the 360 and CnC3 on the 360 SUCKED.

Game 1: Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Why? Because it got to the point where it was just stupid. I had a character (redguard) that I leveled up to... wait for it... 200. Yeah I spent something ridiculous like 700 hours on that game. How the fuck did I spend 700 hours on an offline game?!?! Wasted a good chunk of my life on it.

Game 2: Grand Theft Auto IV. I will never again look at another GTA (or gangster/sandbox wateva the fuck that genre is) the same. It made me cry it was that bad, I spent that long hyped up about it and pre-ordered and everything, problem wasn't that it didn't meet my expectations, very few that get hyped up so much do, the problem was that it plain sucked!

Same here. All my friends were like "This game 'Runescape' is so cool! You should totally play it!" and I believed them. I started playing it and couldn't understand why they thought that was fun.

Game 1: Grand Theft Auto IV. A big waste of 40 bucks. i hate everything about that game: Niko, gameplay, Niko, story, NIko, driving, Niko, Roman, Niko, Romans "titty" jokes, Niko, Romans calls for bowling.... did i mention Niko? The game is as "Yahtzee" would say "effing dark and gritty". The games atmosphere is so depressive and sad you think the games main designer is an Emo! A effing Emotional guy who didnt make Grand Theft Auto, but something NOT playable and STUPID. The story is... well.... nothing. And the worst part is THE effing MISSIONS! They are interesting at first, but after moment you relise: "Hey I` ve already done this!". The missions are like this: Go there, kill some random gangsters, take that, dump the dead bodies in the river, follow that guy, try to road-kill him .....blah, blah, blah... finish the mission! it was a chore for me to complete the game. It just didn`t live up the hype!

Game 2: Assassins Creed: Pretty much the same as GTA here. Look up, replace guns with blades, dark and gritty with white and shiny and gangsters with guards you`ll get my Assassing Creed rewiev. The game was the years biggest dissapointment for all gamers. it was plain and repetive.

Sheesh.... I`m done for today.

Isn't there a level limit to oblivion?

Fallout 3. Because when I went to Oblivion I noticed all of the flaws that existed 3 years ago.
I'm glad I played this. It made me remember how awesome Fallout 1 and 2 are. And reminded me to not buy shit from Bethesda.

Don't get me wrong, I loved Fallout 3. It's just I didn't like Oblivion nearly as much as I thought I would, mostly because it was much more unpolished.

Bethesda has this incredible talent for progressively putting out worse games. How do they do it?
