C&C, all titles except C&C4. I'll never understand why they threw out what was standard C&C gameplay instead of perfecting it as a worthy sendoff to such a series.
Dawn of War, though some love is lost again for the change from base-building to unit spamming.
Call of Duty I stopped following after CoD4, which is the title I prefer to remember Infinityward for.
Gran Turismo is one series that manages to improve from the previous title in every way.
One that's been a bit up and down is Devil May Cry, with 2 & 4 seeming a bit subpar to me. Maybe they just don't like even numbers.
Grand Theft Auto. Still remember the squashing sound the poor little sprite blokes made when you ran them over in GTA1, and stealing Cossies to sell at the docks. 4 was a bit too brown though (apparently brown is realistic.)
That's just about it. I would've said Final Fantasy but I could only join in when it hit the Playstation and am now almost finished playing through the ones that were before my time.
