What game would like to see a movie made of?

I want to see Halo made into a video game movie. Y'know, so it could suck.

Freespace would make an ace movie, also half life, grim fandango and Nocturne

so im not the only one who played nocturne, nice, that game had nice characters and some ideas, but simply didnt have a gameplay that made you wish to play a 2nd time.

Although it'd have to be heavily tweaked. VERY heavily tweaked. Not-Metroid level tweaked, since Metroid is pretty much just "Start at point A, get to point B, killing everything in between"

Anyway, a Monkey Island movie would be awesome but damn... they would need an amazing crew to pull that off, considering how tongue-in-cheek everything is.

I always felt that the episodic "level" system most games have suited them better to a TV series than a film. Think how hard it is to condense all a games' content into a 90 minute film while still having it make sense and allow us to relate to the characters etc... at least a 5 hour TV series is what you want, really.
And I would say Eternal Darkness would be best suited to this.

This is just me but I don't think Mercs 2 would make a very good movie, don't get me wrong, it was a fun game, but not really because of the story. Many of the missions were basically enemies over there, kill they ass. BioShock would make a good movie though.

As much as I love ED, it's really little more than a rehash of every Lovecraft cliché ever, bundled up in an interesting story with a couple of pretty original characters.
... actually that sounds a lot better than most of the movies I've seen lately. You've convinced me.
