I think I would go with Rise of the Argonauts. It has just about zero replayability, unless you really love the combat system, or do not play through with the satyr the first time (he adds a butt load of story telling). It was an awesome game with an interesting story, kept me playing from like four in the afternoon till about seven in the morning, the following day. I just couldn't stop playing. I guess that is the top of my list, since most of my favourite games have some replayability.

All mine have been said already, but in no particular order I would say:
Bioshock - First time play through was a truly great experience for me.
Grim Fandango - Again the sotry is just that great, as is the puzzles, hard to repeat a second play through.
Rather oddly, World of Warcraft - The feeling of discovering things and getting around this huge world you know little about was pure gold, and what I think seals people into its clutches. Once you know enough about the game and its world it sort of loses it's touch somewhat. Plus I wouldn't feel as tired about playing it, which would be nice.
Alpha Centauri - Sort of a combination of the above. Sure I?ve played every civ game out, but that was different, new and interesting directions, a varied storyline... Exploring its depths was a treat.

Edited for fail spelling. More than usual anyhow.

Probably portal, and the orange box. Because I got the game when I knew everything about it, through research, and I wonder what it would be like if I never heard of it.

Any Super Mario Bros game.

On top of that, any game i played (mainly as a kid) where i played through using a guide without trying not to. My playthrough of Zelda for the DS and GBA felt much more rewarding and proud than my Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask playthroughs as i abused the hell out of a guide.

I know it'd be great because i practically did all of the Master Quest without a guide. That felt grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat!

Diddy Kong Racing, I loved it when I played it at my cousin's house, but had to follow what he did all the time.

I'd love to replay Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath; it had this fresh warmness to it. It differs from many other games because the story was more personal. I loved, loved, loved playing KotOR, but there are so many clean-slate-puppet protagonists out there. Stranger's Wrath made me feel like a young'n again, minus all the drool.

I'll say that playing good games without any knowledge of them is a great feeling. I've only experienced this with KotOR (didn't even know the protagonist could be a Jedi, so you can guess how awesome that "surprise" was), Halo, and FarCry 2. At the same time though, it can bite you in the ass and end up being a shitty game.

Personally, I would love a chance to play through the first three installments of the Silent Hill series as if I'd never encountered them before.

No sleep for a week.

Planescape: Torment. I wouldn't mind replaying it even with my current knowledge because the game is so dynamic when it comes to alignment, group members and factions, and it even has multiple endings.

When it came out, I didn't really like Ocarina of Time, and that kind of put me off playing it, but now I'd like to give it another shot with fresh eyes.

Morrowind. The first few attempts to play this game always started off great, but then would always come to a crashing halt mainly due to being such a buggy game. I also had to tone down the graphics to get it to run smoothly on my machine. After a couple of months of going back and forth with this gem, I finally just gave up on it.

I have tried to go back to it recently, now that a lot of the issues I had before have been fixed and I have much better hardware, but I can't help but feel the pain that game gave me from before. Sort of like trying to date an ex-girlfriend, sure the arguements might have gotten worked out, yet those feelings of pain are always still there.

Over-all, as much as I'd love to play Morrowing through to it's conclusion, I know I'm just going to keep on moving on instead.

Final Fantasy IV and X. My brother ruined both for me.
Also, any Ratchet and Clank game (except for any on the PS3... haven't played them yet).
I would have put FFVII or FFVIII on here, but I don't remember either of those, except for the trains (from both).

I thought Donkey Kong Country was like a revelation when it came out. It's pretty widely reviled nowadays. I wonder what I would've thought of it now.

Battle Arena Toshinden as well. I thought that game was unbelievable when it was released.

Final Fantasy VII before the whole "Aeris/Aerith" spoiler got out. I was way to young to even enjoy JRPGs at that time, and I'm playing it now, but I'm afraid that when that "thing" happens, it just won't effect my emotions as it would if I never heard of it before.
