The question is pretty much there.
The only game I can say it for was Batman: Arkham Asylum. I'm not saying that's a hard game to do that on, but the only one that's ever been technically 100%.
The only other game I could possibly say was Morrowind, in which I'd done all the guilds and quests that I could find etc, but I wouldn't really put it as not quite all my stats were at 100.
I was just thinking how few games I'd completed to that extent. So I was wondering what other games gripped people like that so they did absolutely all of it. I'm referring mainly to fairly recent games here, because obviously the further back you go the less there was in games to 'complete'.
