What games have you completed to 100%?

I used to play it through Pokemon Stadium. I accidentally saved with Misingo once, but it didn't crash my game. Although, that might have been some weird "not really saved" feature through stadium. I don't know how their emulator worked. I just remember freaking out after I reflexed saved and then everything still being okay (misingo wasn't there though).

Nier.. which is weird because I didn't enjoy all that much, it was mostly because one of my friends told me that I couldn't.

Dead Space, because I love that game.
Borderlands, 100% if you don't count the DLC, game got a little too repetative and didn't see any desire to get DLV.
Transformers WFC, 100% baby, because it is by far the best Transformers game in existance, and had nothing to do with Bay-formers.
Defense Grid, 100% including all the DLC, without using the internet to gold metal the maps (except for one map).

I am one chevy away from 100% on Geometry Wars: Evolved. And if you have played that game, you know what achievement I am missing... "Smile". VERY hard to get.

Also very close on Batman AA, about halfway through beating it on hard and one more challenge map to 100%, but where will I find the time...

EDIT: oh and RE5 is you don't count DLC.

Megaman Starforce 1 and 2. Don't even know how I did that, since I never try to get everything in the handheld megaman games. Some bosses are way too annoying, and getting all the battlechips? A total headache in the long run, but I somehow did it. Pretty proud of it though.

Wow, that's some effort, I haven't even unlocked the first Apollo Flame boss in the second one.

Only thing that I can think of right now is Tetris on the PSP (fuck yeah for Radical mode)

Force Unleashed 1 & 2, Assassin's Creed (almost finished with 2 as well), Tales of Vesperia, Mass Effect 1 & 2, Halo 3/ODST/Reach, the Saboteur, Wolverine Origins, Dead Space, Tekken 6, Web of Shadows, Bioshock (almost done with 2 as well), and Ultimate Alliance 1 & 2 (tho due to a glitch I am permanently down one achievement for UA 1). DLC included.

This is just for the 360, I have no clue how many PS2 or PC games I've 100% completed (A LOT).

Oh, and I 100%'d God of War 3. ^_^

Edit: Also, using today to gain my last two achievements for Dragon Age: Origins! All the hard ones (and every DLC one) out of the way, just have to side with the Templars and Werewolves.

OT: Can't remember many off the top of my head, but the most recent was Red Dead Redemption. Not terribly difficult, but sooooooooo time consuming. Well worth it.
