I'm a WWII bolt-action buff, so I will have to choose these.

Huzzah, I approve of your choice, and I'm seconding it. Most gorgeous pistol I've ever seen. I love the pistol aesthetic in general, I don't know why. So my second choice would go to the USP .45:
That thing screams cold, military precision.
If I can't choose pistols, I'll go for either a standard pump action shotgun or a Lee Enfield bolt-action rifle. There's something very pleasing and satisfying about shooting a pump action and bolt-action gun, even though I have only shot with them in games (and a semi-automatic carbine in real life), that manual feeling.

For gun's, i would have the Lee-Enfield rifle
or possibly the MG-42 heavy machine gun
Now if i was to have any weapon collection, swords would be included, my first choice would be the Viking long sword.
