substantial post my friend, i applaud you for elaborating.
Fairly hard to describe nothingness. I guess if you want to know what happens when you die, go look at some dead things.
it's easy to describe nothingness, here's a quote of someone doing so "______________"

nothing happens you just cease to exist.
But what happens if we cease to exist? Has our life only been some miserable 70 years, just to die and never be reborn?
70 years? i thought medical science took us further than that. And yeah that's what i believe anyway, i don't believe in reincarnations or heavens and hells.
Sounds boring as fuck.

Consciousness is in brain, so highly hypotheticaly if mankind knew how to transplant brain, you could live forever... if you find donor for body lol,... unless your brain dies of course, cause that would be like dead hard disc, loss of all datas about your "soul"...

also, normally when you die from some desease or something, your "soul" is still alive for 5 minutes or something, then brain dies for unsufficient blood/oxygen income

I will tell you when I die, and if I don't tell you, then you will have to keep guessing:)

I like to believe that whatever you believe in on Earth will happen to you after death.

You think you'll rot in the ground and stop existing? You will.
You think you'll go to Hell because you were a bad person? You will.
You blew yourself up to get to x amount of virgins in Heaven? You'll get 'em.

Of course, the problems with this are:

A) You can be a terrible person and still get the best result afterwards
B) I have no other belief if I believe in this. Does that make me God?

I believe we are reborn into another body ONLY if the spirits feel that they are ready to move on and that their jobs have been finished. If not, then they linger on as guardian angels to watch over those who weren't ready for them to move on or need protection. When their jobs are finished,m they move on.

well, you start of by dieing.
eg. think 'black'.

now to understand my theory on this, you need to know what i think 'you' or 'i/me' is. XD
you/i/etc. is a cloud of shaped gravity or whatnot. look at it like... a work of art made oud of toothpicks and verry bad glue. XD when you die, the glue weakens XD and your artwork = YOU weaken. now look at stuff being born and needing a soul as small childen making an artwork. they nick each others stuff ceasslessly, just grabing and nibling what they need.
in other words, you could be split up over a colony of ants. or a raindeer, or anything else for that mater. the point is, it can also be a combined effort of stolen bits. *most likely* so you wont remember a thing, but there is a small chance, if your verry lucky, that ALL or most of your bits go into the same creature. such as a new human. this is why some people remember their past lives.
wow k, i'm running on about 3 minutes of sleep, so i have no idea what u just said
ST-DNU ( too sleepy, did not understand )
you are made up out of ten cookies. if one baby gets all 10 cookies, you reincarnate. if you split them, you wont remember a thing but wil reincarnate.
can i eat my reincarnation cookies? i'm f'n hungry
-thinks about this- 'you already did'

I'd say we die and are dead. And that's it. We need our brain. As others have said before me, if we don't need our brain to survive, how come people's personalities can change from brain damage?

My body rots in the Earth. Or if they follow my will, it gets strapped onto a nuclear device and becomes the cause of World War 3 or the First Nuclear war

Then I get to be reborn as God because its my post :p

I believe we are born again, either as a Human or an animal. We might not even be reborn on Earth, but another planet in the Universe as a member of a completely different species.
Why do you believe that?

You wait ten seconds to respawn *baduh tish*

I'm actually christian so I like to think theirs something after life, though not necessarily exactly how religion dictates it. Ya know if your generally good you go to the happy place regardless of beliefs but if your generally a bad person your ass rots in hell.
