Hey, are you on the tf2 escapist server? I don't recognise the name... Then again, my steam name is different too...

Negative. I'm fairly certain the Escapist TF2 server isn't Australian... and playing in overseas servers doesn't exactly bode well for game-play.
Ah... Actually reminds me of a time when I connected to a canadian server by accident, and everyone was really nice there. Took me a while to notice I had about 140-160 ping. You can make people rage playing as sniper though. Tee hee...
I Do occasionally play on an American server... But only because I've got a huge man-crush on one of the players.

Well, as much as I hate to become public enemy no. 1, I'm one of those that runs around using only the knife on MW2 (the knife and throwing knife ONLY) and I was rather proud of a 39-4 finish once. I don't remember the specifics, but even my girlfriend was impressed, which made me very happy.

Although if I were to be very bold, then my proudest gaming moment would have to be setting the trend of using the knife on CoD4. If I was religious I would swear to god that I was doing it way before anyone else. First time I tried it was on Backlot, and I got 17-9, which spurred me onwards.

I had that one time, there was a guy who sounded like David Hayter. I even changed my name to "Loves *username*'s voice long time" or something equally ridiculous.
Never saw him again.

When I got a quadruple game winning-kill on MW2 with a TMP and a single no-scope from my barrett. all rushed me at once, match coulda went either way, so I wiped 3 with my 15 rounds on the tmp, then somehow managed to pull the sniper out in time to catch the last guy right in the chest. I still remember it, but nobody made a big deal about it in the match.

I think either my first successful quickscope in an online match of MW2, or almost beating the Metroid Prime Core. I'm not as bad at video games as I sound. ;D
I cannot beat the final boss of Metroid Prime. I just can't. No sir.
Amen brother. Annoying isn't it?

I get so close every time. It's like something in my mind says 'NOOOOOOOOOO, YOU CAN'T! LET HIM KILL YOU!'
That parasite will taunt me till the day I die... *shudder*
I'm not waiting that long, I'm gonna sit down one afternoon, and I'm just gonna beat the poop out of it.

my most uber moment was in MW2 multi-player on estate.

I normally hate that map so i said fuck it and sniped. As i was approaching my the 7 kills streak i was going nutts on my sniper rifle and the other guy's heads. Got 24 kill with the AC130. And as I was looking out a different window from my snipe spot i saw a dude running towards my position. No-scoped him in the head and after 0.000000000001 seconds i got stabbed in the back...

Respawned and nuked the mother fuckers... That was just mindfuckinglyfantastic =))

Although theirs loads of Tf2 ones of here already, Im new to the pc version, but have my moments. After realising that I was gonna have one of those days, I began to get frustrated.

Then at the begin of upward I managed to somehow get behind the enemy (we were attacking) kill 3 heavies and 2 others before accidently jumping off the cliff (I THOUGHT IT WAS A LEDGE)

One other was then I backstabbed 5 enemies all after one another.

OH, and on l4d I watached as a hunter (on versus) pounced from miles away, and as he was just about to reach his target ( this guy had amazing aim, you would agree if you saw it) I filled his face full of shotgun. Made me laugh so much.

It was Mario 64.

In front of a crowd, all of us unaware of what was happening. I got to Bowser, in what was to be the first of many fights. At the time we all thought I was at the end, and it had come as quite a surprise, replete with actual oohs and aahs.

Somehow I divined his first attack, avoided it, and, seeing no other option, I ran 'round to behind him, grabbed him by the tail, and threw him off of the mountain. Everyone went NUTS! I was still stunned, really. I had just run on instinct.

I'm not much of a fan of the mario series, really.

But as moments go, it was pretty sweet!

That does sound like fun - what with it being in front of a crowd and all...

I miss Mario 64 - it was one of the last games where Bowser was actually presented as a proper villain, and not some lame-o like recently... I Respected Bowser back then.

Gotta be the time when I was playing Killing Floor on Hard difficulty.

I was in a full server and somehow everyone but me died. We were on Wave 8 (a long game) and sure enough there were plenty of Flesh Pounds and Scrakes about.

I ended up surviving and everyone was very happy.
Man I can't stand Scrakes. They're devastating on Normal, let alone hard. I tip my hat to you.
No offense, but you obviously haven't been playing long yet ?

On topic, my proudest moment would be finishing Jak II first game I ever finished. It just holds very special place in my hart.
I have only 15 hours played on it.

I've stopped for a while since it's begun to feel like grinding.
