are you people serious? in my opinion, there hasnt been a really good bioware game since baldurs gate 2, but most of them (except kotor which i just found to be total shit) were worth playing for a lower price. tor has no end game content because its story driven and is only a few months old so obviously wont have the endgame content wow does. mass effect had a shitty ending but most people and reviewers have said that if it werent for the ending, they would consider mass effect a really good series. dragon age 2 was a let down but considering DA:O was supposed to be a spiritual successor to baldurs gate and failed, dragon age 2 was doomed from the start. as someone who has felt, for many years, the bioware was a mediocre company with games not worth buying at full price, nothing has changed. the fact that youre upset over a bad ending doesnt mean bioware is going away. the people saying they will not buy from bioware ever again, are already planning to pick up the special edition of dragon age 3.

Well, let's see. If we cross out storytelling--which you rightfully shouldn't because the other 99% of ME3 was beautiful--then that still leaves lovable characters, entertaining gameplay, and good soundtracks.

Seriously? One bad ending, a few DLC's and everyone suddenly hates Bioware. Jeez, I get it that you're upset, but at some point you're overreacting.

DA3 better blow me away or Bioware will never see another cent from me. DA2 was absolute trash and while 90% of ME3 was beyond anything i expected, the ending (/rage!!), kai lang and MP impacting SP campaign have left such a bitter taste in my mouth that i am finding it difficult looking beyond them.

bioware better step it up.

The Mass Effect universe isn't done yet, they've clearly stated multiple times they want to stage more games in that setting. Shepard's story may be done but I can see lots of possibilities for great games in that universe.
What I'm really afraid of is EA going "Thanks for the quality RPGs, BioWare, but we'll take it from here. Steven; get me some brainstorm sessions going! I want three rough outlines for a Mass Effect shooter on my desk by Monday, and three more outlines for free-to-play MMOs!"

They could come up with a new IP. I always imagined them creating a superhero/supervillian/super-person-with-moral-ambiguity-who-can-stop-a-robbery-but-will also-likely-smash-up-your-car-with-magic game.

You seem to be in quite the thread-making mood today, ah?

I think within a year or two they will start working on another, new-er IP in the ME universe.
