I am 26 and i am not a slipknot fan but i agree People = Shit.

Although I don't mind Slipknot, I'm 23, and pretty much agree with the 'People = Shit' thing. Dishonesty, selfishness, and very few genuinely decent people have made me feel this way. That's without even mentioning pointless wars, and death. Sigh...

The majority of people are assholes and no matter what you do you can't please everyone, nor can you abide by all of the rules. You have to take the norms of society, and disregard them. Trying to fit in with people that are into different things is in a way giving up your identity, which, in essence, is your soul. Live life doing what you want and take the benefits and the shit. No matter what it will better you in one way or another. No matter what speaking your opinions will get you into trouble, but it is a punishment you must gladly accept, if you decide to change your mind when trouble comes up, then you give away a piece of you identity, and as i have said before, your soul.
