1) Life has taught me that it sucks. And not in the good way.
2) Everyone dies.
3) No exceptions to rules number 1 or 2

That's about it.
Although there is an exception to rule number three.

I believe I've started a paradox, oh ho!
There is an exception to rule |1|
So no paradoxes for you.
Blast it. I'll find one soon!
Of course.
You just have to be patient.
According Physics sucking is impossible there ya go

I am 26 and i am not a slipknot fan but i agree People = Shit.
Although I don't mind Slipknot, I'm 23, and pretty much agree with the 'People = Shit' thing. Dishonesty, selfishness, and very few genuinely decent people have made me feel this way. That's without even mentioning pointless wars, and death. Sigh...

-Never lend anyone money in amounts greater than $20.

-If she says out loud that she's 'over her last boyfriend', she actually means 'if he called right now I would drop what I'm doing, leave, and have sex with him behind a dumpster'.

-Never buy a brand new car.

-Don't second guess yourself unless it's been scientifically confirmed that you are an idiot.

That's about it for me. These are good ones to know, though.

I have learned that a clever fighter is one who not only wins, but excels at winning with ease.

And that the best way to win is to make no mistakes. Making no mistakes is what establishes the certainty of victory.

Thus it is a skilful fighter who puts himself in a position which makes defeat impossible.
Nothing quite like reading Sun Tzu's Art of War is there.
When it comes to learning about life? No, I don't think I've read any more inspirational item of literature.
I know what you mean, it is by far my favorite book. Now if only I hadn't misplaced my copy, I only got about a quarter of the way through it.

Im 19 and I figure that most people just do NOT want to listen to anything that is beyond their little walls.

I am constantly being silenced for voicing an informed opinion because it sounds smart and these people arent up for intelligent debate. Soemtimes I just want to scream at the top of my lungs.

People. Suck.

Really, it is as simple as that. People dont deserve attention or recognition. People are scum in disguise who may appear otherwise but will dissapoint in the end.

...

We must take advantage of them.

There are things man's not meant to know.

(because ,god knows[if the case may hold, literally], whenever we discover something or get an idea, we market it, sell it, promote it, specialize it, color-ize it, objectify it, buy it, kill it and kill ourselves with it.)

I have that outlook on NEWER people, I.E everyone who isn't 50, or above.

I can read them like i had the rosetta stone, now, which makes the words "get the hell out of here", flow like wine.

I'm 15 and I've learned this

The majority of people are assholes and no matter what you do you can't please everyone, nor can you abide by all of the rules. You have to take the norms of society, and disregard them. Trying to fit in with people that are into different things is in a way giving up your identity, which, in essence, is your soul. Live life doing what you want and take the benefits and the shit. No matter what it will better you in one way or another. No matter what speaking your opinions will get you into trouble, but it is a punishment you must gladly accept, if you decide to change your mind when trouble comes up, then you give away a piece of you identity, and as i have said before, your soul.

Life has taught me that no matter how good things are for someone, they will always find something to complain about.
Case and point:
Almost everyone in this thread.

People are just like the weather. Fickle. They can be predicted--but you can never be absolutely certain about them.
