A nice cool pillow and the sound the of rain are the best things to get me to sleep, heck even a thunderstorm would put me to sleep.

Also a glass of milk or something.

Massive amounts of alcohol.

I have developed a borderline insomnia, to the point where sleeping pills dont help, they just make me twitch. I also worry a lot when lying in bed, sleep does not come easy to me.

the rain outside my window.
This. 100% this. I love the sound of rain, it's so peaceful. It puts me in a state of tranquility.
Haha. Well geez, you don't have to make it sound gay. I jest, I jest.

I forgot to add, there are some choice musical scores from Ingrid Michaelson that really knock me out.
Nothing like being a bit gay to help you get to sleep.
Heh, yeah, it's good stuff, music.

Music for me, any genre can help me sleep but saying that a sound of a fan can help me sleep.

My old stuffed animal, I do not use it any more and it is on my shelf, but if it is not on that shelf I do miss it if that makes sence.

I don't get it... how would caffeine help you fall asleep????

Anyways... I just watch the Bourne Identity or Gattaca and fall asleep to that. When I have trouble sleeping it is usually because my brain is racing and watching something lets it slow down as it is a passive activity.
