You know what that means... Joker is the new Shepard!sln333 said:If Shepard dies, and it stays intact, the ending looks like this. This also makes me realize the Illusive Man wanted Shepard to kill the Collectors, save the base, and die trying. He's already got research ships at the base around 1:20. I bet he could get there all along, but it wasn't safe enough.
You need to not wake up Grunt and Legion, have nobody loyal and no ship upgrades, and pick all the wrong choices for the specialist slots. This results in Shepard being KIA along with the rest of his crew with Joker and EDI being the only survivors.AddytheGreat said:Hang on...
How do you make Shepard die?
I read this somewhere, but I still dont know how he can die.
What squad options do you need to choose?
Yeah, maybe I missed some dialogue in-game, but aren't Joker's bones supposed to be so brittle that walking around can break his legs? Yet he falls down a couple times (seriously, why doesn't the Normandy have seat belts?) and uses an assault rifle without breaking any bones.seditary said:That must be some damn lightweight material in that girder that Joker effortlessly moved out of the way.
I remember reading somewhere that Cerberus did something to Joker's bones.donutsftw said:Yeah, maybe I missed some dialogue in-game, but aren't Joker's bones supposed to be so brittle that walking around can break his legs? Joker still has a disability to be sure but I think Cerberus did enhance his skeletal structure so he's somewhat less brittle.elitepie931 said:I remember reading somewhere that Cerberus did something to Joker's bones.donutsftw said:Yeah, maybe I missed some dialogue in-game, but aren't Joker's bones supposed to be so brittle that walking around can break his legs? Or maybe the Illusive Man is simply not a moron and realizes that humans would need the help of aliens in order to stop the collectors? The collectors are a huge threat to humanity and how much dominance could humanity have if they or all spacefaring life gets killed or indoctrinated?TsunamiWombat said:Joker still has a disability to be sure but I think Cerberus did enhance his skeletal structure so he's somewhat less brittle.elitepie931 said:I remember reading somewhere that Cerberus did something to Joker's bones.donutsftw said:Yeah, maybe I missed some dialogue in-game, but aren't Joker's bones supposed to be so brittle that walking around can break his legs? I think it could be possible the Illusive man did intend for Shepard to die. I'm still trying to reconcile the shit Cerb did in the first game with the reasonable man who pretends to be the Illusive Man. I definatly think Illusive is hiding something, you see a brief glimpse of his personality when he rants about human dominance in the Galaxy. He's not interested in peace or stability, just humans.
Who the hell gets that ending? -.-Internet Kraken said:You need to not wake up Grunt and Legion, have nobody loyal and no ship upgrades, and pick all the wrong choices for the specialist slots. Not really wasted, it's still fun but, yes, I agree; people that play for about 10 hours are really just stupid as hell.Xzi said:Been discussed. You can't export your ME2 save to ME3 if Shepard dies. I love that Bioware did this. It's basically like saying, "sorry, you fail. Just wasted ten hours playing the game because you didn't bother experiencing the majority of it. BUT i distinctly remember someone from bioware saying that you CAN export your save from ME2 to ME3 if your shepard dies.. but that ME3 will just be your funeral, and then it'll end... correct me if im wrongXzi said:Been discussed.
