I used to go to the gym 4-5 days a week - 5 minutes cardio, and then mostly weights.

For the last 3 months I've done sweet F.A. and I'm none too proud of it.

On Fridays I do MMA training, Saturdays, I do an hour-long Strength and Conditioning class at my MMA club, immediately followed by Jiu Jitsu training, which usually involves at least 3 rounds of "rolling" at the end, and Sundays, I do another Strength and Conditioning class, followed by some kickboxing sparring/rolling.

Usually every morning I like to do a relatively intense, but very short workout right before breakfast. Stuff like jumping squat thrusts, pushups, shadow boxing, and/or rolling an exercise wheel back and forth (it's basically a small wheel with a bicycle handle on each side), which is surprisingly fun.

A 30 minute walk every few days, then usually 20 pushups a day.

What REALLY keeps me healthy is the fact that I barely eat fast food or drink soda. I also want to learn to cook, so that alone will keep me healthier than 15 miles of jogging will.

I work out during loading times during games, and with loading times with such length and frequency as Skyrim, I get a good workout in almost every day. When I was preparing for a marathon, I would play Mass Effect 2 and just jump up and down and side-to-side while playing for about an hour and a half.

I also do about 50 pull-ups a day (not in a row, just over the course of a day).

Monday: recovery
Tuesday: cardio in the morning, soccer in the evening
Wednesday: soccer in the evening
Thursday: cardio in the morning, soccer in the evening
Friday: recovery
Saturday: Chest, biceps, and shoulders workout
Sunday: Back, triceps, and abs workout.

I'm building up mass in my upper body, and using soccer during the week to keep my fitness levels up and get rid of any excess fat :)

My routine is always changing. I always run at least 4 miles a day, and as for working out, it can go like this:
Monday:Chest and Triceps
Wednsday:Back and Biceps
Thursday:Legs and Shoulders
I also work out abs about 3 times a week, just to get them lean.
It changes though, I can do chest and back on monday, and then my arms after a couple of days(say Thursday or Friday).

Are you hoping to build muscle? If so, thats counter productive.

That's a good idea for weight lifting days, although I'm going to have to mix it up more; I heard that if you work the same body part out every time that your body gets too used to the motion, and you actually are gaining muscle or anything.
Thats somewhat true. Your body does adapt to what you do so the same old routine eventually proves useless. The key is to "trick" your body. If you stop feeling the burn, try doing different intensities(high weight, low reps or low weight, high reps) and different exercises for that specific muscle.

Working out your chest and biceps one day then back and triceps the next is a bad idea. Chest workouts also works your triceps, and back workouts works biceps too. Doing them back to back leaves no time for your muscles to rest, so gains can be significantly slower. Just a friendly tip, try separating them by a few(3 at minimum) days.

Park in the back of the parking lot and don't take any elevators. Any real exorcize takes up too much time which I could be doing something fun (and fun is subjective in case you didn't know and to me that means not exorcizing).

Me and my friends play football (not soccer) a lot, not as exercise really, but just for the fun of it. I go on runs and to the gym sometimes too.

Step 1: Get up from chair.
Step 2: Walk to fridge/cupboard.
Step 3: Pick up food item.
Step 4: Think to self, "I need more exercise".
Step 5: Use food item like weight for 30 second workout.
Step 6: Feel much better about myself.
Step 7: Go back to chair.

Repeat!
Take out steps 4 and 5 and that's me.

I go through an absolutely grueling obsticle course known as my bedroom to get to my computer every day. One of these days I may not make it.

I walk about 3 miles a day to and from school, and I have a martial arts lesson every Thursday for 2 hours. So, about 21 miles a week.

I don't have a workout plan right, but I'm looking to start working out again. I mean, I work at a gym with full cardio and weight rooms and I get in for free so I may as well use it.

It changes every day since I go to a gym and they do a lot of short 20 minute extreme work outs. Since I don't really have a set work out routine I'll just write down what I did on friday.

5 Rounds:
400m Run
12 Burpee Lateral Jumps
12 Deadlifts (110 lbs)

Walk up and down a big hill every other weekday to get to town. Sometimes walk out of fist-face road to find the amalgam cookie. Run around my house like a maniac, because that gets my juices going, and attack the imaginary friends with a barrage of gore. Good exercising, yeeep.
