I would have to say The Simpsons. They have Brilliant writers for that show and its the longest running successful show ever aired. and there is no sign of that changing.

Apart from that show...I need to say Invader Zim.

For some reason I'm a real fan of the underdogs. Digimon, the more recent Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series, The Batman. I guess I'm odd like that.

Courage the cowardly dog.

Simply put, I love the show - Horror, comedy, as well as being a massive nostalgia thing for me. No regrets with this one.

Ren And Stimpy.
That's from arnold. the WORST cartoon ever.

Bugs Bunny and the rest of the Looney Toons.

They are THE greatest and most timeless cartoons of all time.

I can sit and talk for hours about how intriguing the concepts in Courage are, from the subject matter, to the setting and color palette, that show puts you in a state of surreality and disarray, and then proceed to bombard you with emotion after emotion. Suffice to say, I love it.

At a close second, Mission Hill. I love everything about the show - namely, it's retro, hipster-esque design. Anyone who grew up in the 90's can easily relate to it.

Not the greatest of all time, but two of my personal favorites.[footnote]I'm excluding Eastern anime for the time being, otherwise I would be here for a while.[/footnote]

So many Choices

Beast Wars, Megas XLR, Batman the animated series, Superman the animated series, X-Men the animated series (The nineties was the golden age of superhero cartoons) Spiderman the animated series, Justice league, Courage the cowardly dog, Gundam Wing, Gargoyles, and Dragon ball z are my top choices. Though I also fondly remember those reruns of thundercats way back when.

No program has made me too afraid to watch the end of an episode like cramp twins did.
The nice one always got in trouble for the evil kids mess :(

Dungeons and Dragons, Saturday Supercade, Batman the Animated Series...animaniacs...

Each had a mix of campiness, goofiness of the time, Adult drama and humor....

But they all are on my dvd shelf because I enjoyed them... and can stand to look at the animation.

Do Looney Toons count as one 'cartoon'? If so, then Looney Toons by a mile.
