Which was a shame, because before it went so heavy on fan service, it had a pretty awesome story and characterization. It was one of the few manga I've ever been able to get into, because it was halfway believeable. Then "Volume 6: Revenge of the Fanservice" came out and just ruined all the brilliant atmosphere and seriousness it had.Irridium said:

I also watched the shows to see if they were any better, but if anything, the rampant fanservice is WORSE and starts right off the bat.

And Baka To Test To Shokanju can be pretty perverted at times. One of the characters is even called the Voyer Ninja. However the perversion in Baka to Test to Shokanju is mostly used for humor. And it's damn funny at that, so I can look past it.
You must mean High School of the Dead. It does feature gratuitous panty shots, violence, zombies, big breasted women, guns, and a host of typical odd anime characters. It is also freaking awesome! I wouldn't call it the most perverted anime out there. Especially when there is so much tentacle rape hentai out there.
