I always laugh at people who think that game was good.

"Fallout 3 killed the Fallout games."

Now I have no doubt that Fallout and Fallout 2 were amazing.....if you could get into them... but being too complex and difficult to get the hang of to be approachable to most is not a good thing for a game series. I was kind of disappointed that Fallout 3 would be so different, I had hoped that with much better graphics and a bit more user friendliness I might be able to get into this legendary series and see what all the huff and puff was about. But anyone who says that this incredibly successful and undeniably fun redesign killed the relatively obscure series is probably just one of those laughable nerds from NoMutantsAllowed.com giving himself excuses to feel superior.

I was sitting in my health class talking to my friend about the soon-not-to-be-coming relese date of Starcraft 2. All of a sudden, this kid in front of us whips around and says "I bet they wont relese it now that Blizzard is closing down."

To humor him I asked why.

"Because they are not making enough money."

"Are you fucking kidding me?!?!" I said loud enough to interupt the teacher, putting my security in Jeopardy. I went on to explain how WoW is making enough money to cover the national debt.

I am now serving a tirple detention sentance for my outburst.

The kid has not spoken to me since.
