What is the most time you have spent/lost in a single game?

I hope no one has had a worse experience than me. When Elder Scrolls IV came out, me and my friends were instantly hooked. I logged over 100 hours into the game in under a month. Then, at the height of the Oblivion craze, I took part in a foreign exchange program with my school, and spent two weeks in Germany. When I got back, I wanted nothing more than to get back to Oblivion, and was pleasantly surprised to see that my parents had bought a new computer for themselves, and given their old one to me. When I found out what happened to my old computer, I almost cried. They gave it away to a friend of the family, who had proceeded to wipe it clean. Over 100 hours, lost. I died a little that day...

Power went out, along with my 24 hours of final fantasy 12 (was saving at the time, corrupted data). Similar thing happened to some star trek game on the ps2.

Recently, it has to be Mass Effect with something like 160+ hours devoted to it. But I think I spent 200+ hours playing Pokemon Silver when I got that.

I had just got galciv2 and sat down in the morning to play it, when I next looked up it was eight in the evening. It was like I had been in a trance for the whole time, scary.

I had a morrowind file saved on my xbox, and when I had about 180 hours on it, the save corrupted. Taught me to always save in a new slot, and make the harddrive work for its keep.

I can't remember exact amount of times, but power cuts have caused a lot of my save data to be lost. Doesn't happen as often as it used to, what with auto-save.
My old Gameboy Colour was the biggest culprit...

Also all the stages and and charcters from Super Smash Bros melee by losing the memory card.
