Classical music, the music from Fallout 3 and other than that "Hot Chocolate" (I love "Emma")!
Oh, and Toots Thielemans, that guy is awesome :)

Probably Gustav Holst or Freidrich Handel.
(though I doubt these are actual recordings by them conducting)

so as to music I listen to that was actually the real recording
Would have to go for things like Sam Cooke or the Miracles from the 50's. Still good stuff, and still listen to it frequently

Probably Johnny Cash, at least as far as more than one track applies. I don't really think classical composer count since they're not the artist you're listening to, they're "modern bands" (orchestras) covering those songs... but that might just be my personal defect.

Mozart, Chopin, Tchaikovsky, Beethoven, and Grieg.
Or, if you want more current, Billie Holliday, and the Andrews Sisters.
Mozart is the oldest of them all, so you could really just say him. All the others are from the next musical era (including, partially, Beethoven, who helped to invent Romanticism).

Well that's enough of me being a music buff.

For me, it would have to be Vivaldi. The Four Seasons is one of the greatest pieces ever written.
