Blaster Master.

Not really the oldest, but Mario doesn't exactly count. Thank you emulation!

Also Legacy of the Freekin Wizard.

Lego Island! 15 years old and still awesome.

Seriously this is probably the earliest passable version of a open world game.

If you grew up in the 90s and haven't heard of it your parents hated you.
Holy crap yes I still break that game every now and then awsome game loved it

Hitman Blood Money, in the words of Yahtzee "It's the game i play to remind myself that games are still worth fighting for"

i play the oldest game of all
The game of life..(not the board game)

if you mean video game, aren't our lives one giant version of the sims?

ok seriously the last game i played was final fantasy 9 on my android on a emulator. Yes i own the original and it feels so good to say that...why are square selling finalfantasy 6 as final fantasy 3 currently?

I busted out my Sega recently, as I still enjoy a game of Sonic 2 now and then. I've found lately, though, that I tend to get bored not even half way through. I think it might be because there's no way to save and, if I leave it paused long enough, it'll probably freeze on me or something and I'd rage quit.

That and Minesweeper.

i dunno
my gaming behavior changed rapidly in the last few years so i don't play the old stuff anymore and rather always wait for something new to come out
the oldest i('d) still play would be cs 1.6

As an old-school nerd... Atari 2600 stuff, probably. And some retro-computer stuff from the early 80's as well.

Would have been playing Master of Magic (1995) yesterday if I could get it emulating properly on Vista 64.
