Once on a live video game stream site . There was this female game streamer that didn't like me and i hated her . So when i logged on she was said ( since she was streaming she had a mic and was talking while i was in chat and typing ) : Oh look jokar ( which was my name in chat ) is here , i wonder what idiocy he's going to say ! To which i replied : Sticks and stones ***** .
The funny thing is is she read what i said out loud and started to studder and choke . Then i got a 24 hour ban ... Totally worth it.

Only server I've ever been banned from was the one i was head admin of, and it was all a cunning scheme to mess with someone.
I'll explain, I was in a community and we ran a Zombie Master server (HL2 mod) when i noticed some kid pretending to be admin, so obviously I log in and start getting to the bottom of it, he threatens to ban me so I ban myself for a week.
I then log on to the ban database and lift my ban, change my username and log back in... for the next 2 hours I'm messing with the kid by remote controlling him off ledges and into zombies. (Obviously i only controlled him for a split second so he throught it was a glitch or lag)

Was banned several times on the old official forum (now defunct) for 2moons, a korean grindfest mmo. For reasons like posting in a thread that someone else posted in and broke the rules. I remember I got banned at least like 3 times by one mod who undid them when I explained the rules to him in a pm on my alt account. Then again, this was the same forum you could get instabanned for posting a rick roll video, the admins were hacked for weeks at a time posting keyloggers on the main forum, and someone had posted a bunch of tranny porn for like a week in the "forum help" section and mods were too lazy to check it.

Been kicked a couple times, mostly from Left 4 Dead servers. I seem to have a knack for choosing servers where friends have already gathered and are waiting for their fourth buddy. Ergo, I usually get kicked out without any explanation.
Same goes with MMOs. I'm the type who gets a really good party going for a really fun instance, and then someone's best bud comes on. There's no discussion, no apologies, and I'm booted out of the team to make some room for the new guy. That's nice. Really, really nice...

I remember getting kicked from a Half-Life deathmatch several times for being to good... must've been like nine years ago. Haven't earned any bans yet.
well i got kicked from my high school jazz band. the reason being the teacher who was running it didnt like me too much, mainly because i didnt take music as a subject. i was and still am pretty pissed off and when i told my drum teacher (who though my playing of the songs was good) was also angry
i said 'wow omg' on a internode css server in australia and got permanently banned from their network, back in 2000, there is a Chat program that features games called COGS intergrated with bigpond or something no idea now, but i got 'killed' in that 6 times due to mass registering with random @ emails, banned because i was immature back then and was a spammer/troll.
Oh god, here in the UK, in the community I'm in, the Lotus servers have a reputation for being fairly nooby, but that...AHAHAHAHAAAAAAA! Oh, I'm gonna show that to a mate of mine, he'll fucking love it. Was this US Lotus servers by any chance, or UK?Yoshemo said:
I was banned from The Huffington Post after one day. I wasn't told why, but the only reason could be that I commented on a religion post that was whining about how Draw Muhammed Day "hurt innocent Muslims" and I said I hoped his feelings were hurt because he was trying to stifle free speech and feelings aren't protected under any law.
I've never been banned for a stupid reason (I was only banned once about 8 years ago, and I was being an immature kid at the time, very legitimate reason).
I have banned several people though, most of them for them doing something stupid. I used to be an admin on a CSS:Source zombie mod server. You can find a lot of people doing stupid things there. One guy was standing around doing absolutely nothing, then raged when he got hit by a zombie. He came back (after I gave him a warning, and a kick), and raged even more when he was randomly chosen to be the starting zombie. He refused to do anything, because he felt he didn't deserve to be a zombie. Banhammers aren't picky, neither should he (I told him that in his last seconds on the server). I banned a lot of people for excessive immature behavior (mic spamming, tossing tons of rude insults around, etc.), but I don't think I've ever had any problems with a hacker. The few claims I did get were because someone didn't like someone else killing them, so they tried to get a ban going.

I have gotten banned/kicked from multiple Halo PC servers for botting but i have never used a bot. Also on Halo PC i got auto-banned for having to many betrayals when friendly fire was OFF
