Drowning in a cloud. It's not so much the worst/silliest, but it's easily one of the lamest ways you could go.

One of those people who are so lonely they jam their junk in any old hole, and then they stick it in the vaccum cleaner (or Hoover, if you want) and turn it on. Turns out THAT model of hoover/vaccum cleaner generated it's sucking power by a small spinning blade inside the top of the nozzel

...Oh you meant in Real Life...Well, APLovecraft's suggestion sounds pretty good, but bleeding to death from a papercut or an anime style nosebleed (for anime style reasons only) would also be pretty silly and the frist of the two could happen.

Well, once, there was a guy who decided to clean stuff up down there, with a broom. No worries.
And one of the regulars who worked there, had a habit of just jumping down the pit when he had to work, instead of climbing down. But still, no worries.
But then, one time, he jumped on the broom. The bar entered his rectum and skewered him completely.
Or, how 'bout the guy who stepped out of his huge truck, just to be crushed between his vehicle and the wall, because he had forgotten the hand-brake.
Also, being choked to death by your own umbilical cord, 5 seconds after you've been born.
