Up, Alice in Wonderland, and Princess Mononoke. I still have yet to see Spirited Away, which kinda irks me...

South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut, Beavis & Butthead: Do America and Wall-E.

I also love "old" Disney films like, Lion King and Mulan.
God, I love Mulan....that film was awesome!

I love Miyazaki's works. I haven't seen an animated film that tops what he's done yet. Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle and Princess Mononoke, in that order.

Grace of the Fireflies. Possibly the greatest warmovie of all time and a masterpiece of animation.
Query: was the original title Grace of the Fireflies because all the US translations have it as Grave of the Fireflies.

Ghost in the Shell was one of my personal favorite movies, still is

not sure for computer animated tho

as for the Disney ones, not including Pixar in there, anything done in the past 20 years really sucks compared to what they used to do

Ghost in the shell movies were pretty cool. Particularly some of the new HD versions.

The Secret of NIMH, without a doubt.
Damn yeah NIMH would be up there, a film which oozes magic from the most mundane sources. In that vintage I'd also think of Watership Down and a little-known gem called The Mouse and His Child.

Does rotoscoping count? If it does: Waking Life.
Good question, I'd definitely +1 Waking Life if that was the case, I've watched that film far too many and not enough times.

Grace of the Fireflies.
I know you mean "Grave" :) Gruesomely depressing, though, soul-draining sadness ahoy!

Castle of Cagliostro.
That was a seriously fun film, wasn't it? I want that little yellow car... :D

The Triplets of Belleville
Bonus points for The Triplets of Belleville!

For my own contribution, "The Mysterious Explorations of Jasper Morello" is a short but bittersweet, contemplative delight.

I liked Monsters Inc. The voice acting was really good, and the animation cracked me up for the full movie. Also, Titan AE was also well good. Well good.

My favourite would have to be The Lion King, that movie was the best. Then all this 3D crap started popping up.

I'm going to join the throng here and say Toy Story. My childhood literally lives within that movie (and a beat-up old NES machine).
