What is your all time favourite anime?

I am going to have to say, Neon Genesis Evangelion. I do kinda like being really confused by a plot, makes it a bit more interesting in my opinion.

They're rereleasing the updated, expanded edition of the Sailor Moon manga starting in September. I am SO stoked!

Just one all-time favourite? Can't be done. A few of my all-time favourites, though, would be Eve no Jikan, Planetes, Record of Lodoss War, Legend of the Galactic Heroes, and Ranma ½.

Can't believe I almost forgot to put Time of Eve on my list! That was such a beautiful show!

My other favorites are Baccano!, Kino's Journey, and Haibane Renmei, although I'm mostly thinking of them because I watched or rewatched them recently. Oh, and also Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, almost forgot that one.

Close second and third favorite animes: Gurren Laggan and Spice and Wolf. Gurren Laggan, because, well, it's Gurren Laggan. Spice and Wolf because merchants are awesome!

In terms or animation I like samurai champloo. Looks great.

Also, to the people hating on English dubs... do you speak Japanese? Because I do and I've noticed that 9 times out of 10 the English dub is far better than the Japanese.
