It's a tie between "Because you're an insane degenerate animal and you deserve to die" from Breaking Bad and "Go lick a dog's ass 'till it bleeds" from Count Zero. I also have great affection for the South Park movie's "uncle fucker".
For actual use I tend to favor fuckwit, fucktard, dipshit and jackass. When I'm angry with someone I don't want to amuse them with a clever quotation.

I don't usually try not to insult anyone; but recently I got really angry at one of my friends. It happened when we both decided to sign up for the school volleyball team. I was really excited to join, but I got laid off after the first practice because I didn't have a physical - and I couldn't get it because I don't have health insurance. When I told my friend he started making fun of me and calling my family poor. So I responded, "Shut up, you're the reason we need physicals anyways" (because he's fat). I feel bad about it now though...

i've allways been a big fan of 'you fool!'. classic. and not even so much an insult as calling someone out. they just -get- insulted. because they're fools. if only they knew.
