Gonna go with Devil May Cry 2, I believe that is the one that came with 2 games and neither one wanted to give you a decent camera angel. Nothing like being killed bc the backdrop took precedent OR even better was killing a boss with your projectile weapons while not being able to see the boss.

Fable II is the only game I actively hate on. It regressed in so many ways from the (pretty good) original. "Conversation" is insulting in it. Combat is easy. They don't really give you a choice on how to level up, unless you just don't spend the points you earn. I wanted to be a Pure Skill specialist with slow time as my only magic power. Everything in the game is ugly (not graphically, but all the people are ugly, the cities and towns are ugly, the countryside is ugly, the enemies are ugly). The player is kept in the dark on why anything happens in the game so by the time it ends, you know almost nothing more than when you started. Customization was minimized. Jobs were tedious. Morality was highly polarized. It was just an awful, awful game.

Too Human pissed me off left, right and center and that was just the demo!

Ha, ha!

But seriously, Modern Warfare 2 is getting a bit annoying now.
It just seems like more of the same and not in a good way.

I have no idea what Heavy Rain is outside of a few videos. To me it looks like an interactive movie, or a Guinness World Records attempt at most QTEs in a game.
That would be Guitar Hero.
True. At least they admit it though. I saw the IGN video review for Heavy Rain and the guy tried defending that it wasn't a big QTE, but all the video was "hit button now for action."

As much as it's been lauded as an amazing game, I have to admit that I can't stand TESIV: Oblivion. I honestly couldn't find any redeeming aspect in that game in 5 hours.

I tried a different approach recently, and reinstalled it, and downloaded the fuck out of mods. Turns out, if you add sprinkles and happiness to poop, it's still poop...but covered with sprinkles. =(

Black and white 2

The original has a permanent residence in my awesome game shelf. It was original and fun. Its only really bad quality was its lack of replay ability. A sequel would have had so much to offer, new miracles, new creatures, and a better skirmish mode so that the game wold be replayable. However, the second game got rid of everything good about the first game, and replaced it with concentrated pig dung. IT was a horrendously easy street planning simulator. You just placed houses, and your people would build them, and than other cities would just move to you and you won. There was no challenge and there was no charm. You could no longer control creature combat and training your creature was retardidly easy. Your armies got annihilated as soon as they left your territory, and if you were invaded, you literally shook your fist at the enemy troops and they all died. It was pathetic.

The second game sapped all of the potential out of what could have been one of the best game series of all time.

Hmm well since the only games I usually get are chosen by myself I generally don't hate them. However, I remember my mum buying me a game called Rascal for the ps1 that was both scary and not very fun, I hated it.

I don't hate any game, I might not find the a game interesting or overrated but that's different.

I just can't stand the people that do....>>

FEAR 2

It lacked the bigger-than-life mystery of the first game and the horror sequences that I found so immersive in the first game were put to little use. It was basically FEAR minus everything I loved about it.

Might and Magic: Dark Messiah. I got it as part of a Steam sale Ubisoft package. Beyond Good & Evil and Far Cry make up for it, but I still feel I got screwed.
Huh, why? I finished that game twice.

OT: no idea. Probably Halo, but that's YOUR fault for making it the mediocre-game-everyone-thinks-is-great. I usually tend to feel pity more than hate when a game is bad.
Well, 1) it was pretty buggy. I got a few crashes while playing. 2)The controls felt clunky. I realize that they were trying to make it more realistic, as opposed to just a disembodied weapon floating/gliding across the screen. However, I'm not a huge fan of the "queasy cam" view. 3) It felt a little unbalanced, seeing as your boot is the best weapon in your arsenal.

Maybe "hate" is too strong a word," disappointment" sums up my feelings better. I might give it another try one of these days, if they get around to patching.

Modern Warfare 2, hands down. Other games have been worse, but I'm so goddam tired of hearing the vocal minority of people that think it's the greatest thing ever made. Or critics that refuse to point out the million glaring problems. Or, my favorite, completely shitting on the entire PC audience by removing dedicated servers and giving them a really ass console port. I mean seriously, anyone that has played it on PC, look at the skybox for any level. JESUS.

ps: Got my hands on a broken street date copy of Bad Company 2. This is the game MW2 should of been, so much fun.

Final Fantasy X. It destroyed my love for Square and really made me start questioning JRPGs in general. Nothing about that game is even remotely salvageable.

FF7 was magnificent. FF8 had a paper-thin story with terrible writing and awful characters, but decent enough gameplay. FF9 was a step backwards in development. FFX was awful in every conceivable way. FFX-2 is an abomination unto the Lord, and it must be purged from existence.
This is a gripe I hear constantly from FF fans. Only VII seems to reach the consensus of being good. Sooooo... why keep buying it, considering it's 6 (terrible) instalments in?
First of all, your Avatar is awesome.

Secondly, it's the same reason I keep watching Spielberg films. Yeah, his last few projects were awful to the point of being offensive, but the man made E.T., Jurassic Park, Jaws, Schindler's List, and Saving Private Ryan. You've gotta figure he's still got some good movies left in him.

Sure, FF8-X-2 were awful, but Square made dozens of great games before that. I'm just hoping that each next one will be as good as the old games. Besides, FFXII wasn't terrible.

Just incase they make a good one, because when its good, its fucking rad. My most hated game would have to be none. Although one game I didn't like despite many other people was Mass Effect, the game IS SO FUCKING EMPTY! I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO DRIVE A SHIT ASS VEHICLE AROUND AN EMPTY PLANET UNTIL I COME ACROSS A GIANT WORM! I loved the actual combat parts and some convos were good. You might just say to me, skip all that stuff, go so some missions and to you I reply, I am a completionist, if I do NOT visit every planet and do every quest and kll every enemy I just fel I hven't finished the game. I am going to make another attempt at it though ince 2 came out.

Please don't eat me.
(Oh and elevators are shit, I'd rather have a load screen.)

Chibi-Robo. Had a friend who thought it was amazing, played it and immediately regretted it.

100% yick.
