In-game I'd likely be the character that you can either recruit to your side or kill, depending on alignment or charisma. In light of that, it'd probably be some unique and halfway decent loot for about mid-game.

-Folding Wallet of the $20's (Cursed to forever carry less than $200 in cash solely in bills larger than $10. Any bills smaller than that are immediately discarded and impossible to retrieve. There will also always be a condom inside it except for times when you are in a hurry and cannot purchase more in time to do the deed, in which case that condom will have been removed at some point in the recent past.)
Also a few randomized drops, depending on player level, ranging from a folding knife to an M1911A1 handgun to a .308 Weatherby bolt-action rifle along with your typical currency drops and some basic, light clothing/armor.
