About the aiming difference, I'll use Call of Duty: MW2 as an example here,
All of my friends who have CoD (except one) have it on a console, I have it on pc. Whenever I play splitscreen with them I always get my ass handed to me.
Though when I play on PC I would say I'm average, maybe a bit above average, certainly not as retarded as I am on consoles.
But it all comes down to preference really, I ask to them "How can you get headshots with a console controller?" and they ask "How the hell do you aim with a mouse?"
Btw I also recall there once being a game which allowed PC and Xbox users to play together online, I think it was called "Shadowrun". Anyway the community and the game basically died because the PC users just dominated the console players.
