I hope they fix the inventory screen, and then I also hope they progress the romance subplot further. What kind of irked me in the first one is that all this flirting and romance all built up to a sex cutscene, then.. thats it. Pretty much nothing else. Bad message to send out, although I think my Shepard was a bit of "just did it to sleep with you" kinda guy.. Chicks dig scars, and he had plently of
They've said specifically that the reason your love interest is not in your squad in this game is that anyone in your squad (including Shepard) can die, and they want the love interest to have a part in the third game. Also, you do talk to her/him in the game, even though they're not in your squad. So yeah, it seems that it continues.
Huh, sounds reasonable enough. But can't you also start a new relationship in this game? If so.. cheating scumbag scarred Shepard FTW
Yeah, you can. One reason I'm glad that I roll FemShep (I love the VA), I know that I'd be too weak to avoid romancing Tali if it was possible for my character. I really hope that Tali doesn't swing both ways, I know that I won't be able to resist, and I do actually want to avoid cheating on Liara.
I can't believe I'm even thinking about it in those terms.
Think about it like this: You are on a galatic quest to go where no man (or woman) has gone before: get as much alien pootang as possible. By the way it doesn't surprise me that as a male gamer, you have done for the lesbian romance.. did the same bro
It's probably not even for the reasons you think. It's just that I wanted to play as FemShep (again, Jennifer Hale is a god), and I didn't want to put up with talking to Kaiden. I really didn't like him that much, the only good thing about him was that he was voiced by Raphael Sbarge.
Kaiden just complained alot. "Whaa i have a headache" "Whaa I have no friends" "Whaa I was bullied in high school". This is deep space son, we don't have time for crying. I always laughed to myself when I sent him off to his death. WHO IS CRYING NOW *****?!
Actually, that was the part I liked. Specifically, he had problems, but never brought them up unless you asked. The headache is a good example: he downplays it (even though L2s supposedly get really, really bad, crippling headaches) and only mentions it in the first place because Shepard mentions that he looks like he's in pain. That's where my liking him ends, however. He, and especially his backstory, were just so bland!
