I'm mostly open, but techno and inspirational sounding songs are fun(Don't Stop Me Now by Queen, that song by Waldo's people). I hate most rap, country and R&B, because it all sounds the same.
Country Sounds the same as Rap and R&b, are you high. Country is waaaayyyyy of from that. And if I mixed up and it just means all country sounds the same then that is also wrong. Try listening to diferent artists and yyou'll get a better picture.
I actually meant that all country music sounds the same, not that it sounds the same as rap and r&b.

I dunno, I haven't heard any decent(original) country songs >_>

I d'no man.. I've played a fair bit of country in bands and stuff and a lot of it is the same..

The way I see it, there are 3 types of country. Country (johnny cash and the like) Country rock (Garth brooks, keith urban) and Country Pop (miley cyrus, taylor swift)

I admit I don't listen to a lot of it but that is my take on it.

Well I don't go after only a specific genre, if I like something, I'll listen to it.
Exactly.
Why do we limit ourselves to genres?
I have mix CDs with everything from Dr Dre, to Simon and Garfunkle, to Motzart, to Jenny Rom (Bubblegum Pop), to 60s classics, to swing, and back to Dre again. If I like the sound, I like the song. Simple as that.

An exceptionally wide variety of choices dot my musical landscape. Hardcore Punk, to Pop-punk. Gangsta rap, to Doom metal. Classical scores, to techno.

I've got it all.

Recently, however, I have taken a particular likeing to Folk metal and Irish punk.

A list of music I like:

-Pop
-alternative
-a bit of metal (depends on the artist)
-whatever Weezer is considered
-and a bit of techno (also depends on the artist).
That is all.
