What non-physical things attracts you to a girl/guy?

So, not including physical attractions, like breasts, arms, eyes, hair, etc, what attracts you to a person? What makes you, not want to just kiss them or be with them, but makes you want to spend time with them, cuddling, holding hands, talking. Falling in love.
What non-physical thing attracts you to a guy or girl and why?

For me, I'd have to say either her laugh (im attracted to women), because I love to see girls happy and that makes me happy, and if she has a good laugh then she's probably a nice person cause she laughs a lot, or her wit. I love a girl that has amazing wit and makes me laugh. Surprise, surprise, I love fun and laughing, so if a girl has a care free nature then Ill be her friend for as long as she wants me to be

Clearly an unique mind that goes against convention: I'm currently seeing an Artist whom has a rather beautiful habit of talking/shouting to anyone, Playing piano anywhere and drawing many many pictures of myself. Overall she embodies a perfect non prissy non orange girl in a world where most girls are predictable and tiresome with strong morality and annoying groups of friends. If a girl never talks in metaphors and has no concept of Art she is merely a drone.

I'm attracted to honesty and intellect. I can't stand any person who is dishonest or over-exaggerates things to make things work in their favor. I also really really hate dumb people, and I'm not so ashamed of that.
