I hate the people who accuse me of "not knowing how to plat a Balance Druid" just because I don't have Eclipse. I've tried using it; either it never procs at all, it procs and there's absolutely no noticeable change, or the lag makes me miss out on half the effect's duration. Sometimes a combination of the three.

I choose not to take it because I don't enjoy having it. And people call me a "noob" and say that I "don't know how to play a Moonkin" just because I choose to trade a few hundred DPS for fun. Besides, I'm usually pulling at least 2K without it (in so-so gear).

Also hate it when people ***** at me for valuing crit over haste. To me, it makes no sense to favor haste over crit when crits give us so many bonuses.
I understood, what, half of that?

OT: Being an arrogant, narcissistic prick with a serious God Complex. It basically describes all of them.

I'm standing behind the statement that if you get spawn camped you deserve it.
In which games? WoW and TF2, certainly, but not MW2, with it's broken (but still better than CoD4) spawn system.

Anyway, I just dislike the people who claim that the M16 (Cod4) and FAMAS (MW2) are cheap and anyone who use them are noobs, even though they're in the default classes so they can pick them up to counter said noob whenever they want. I hate calling any weapons noobish, period, but that in particular.

When they spout off on how awesome they are until they get killed by a random explosion and then try to hunt down who that person was. This is very common in MW when there's the 3x Grenade Perk and Sonic Boom and in Resistance 2 where there are up to 60 people spamming grenades at each other.

Probably the ones that have an adamant strategy for every map or setting in a game
It gets really annoying when you just can't win, even if you are better than someone else

The kind of "pro" who goes on about how amazing they are, and shoves it in everyones faces.
What about one who doesn't say a word to you because they're in closed party chat and then sends you a pre-designed screenshot of what they think of you after the match..

... and they were on the SAME team as you?

Spawning isnt pro- is a noob move...
It's a bit of both. Mine, as stated many times above, are the elitist ass holes who think they're the best thing on earth because they have a few head shots. Or the ones who swear at their own team for being ambushed. I remember once I was being spawn killed in Team Fortress 2 and the guy started cursing us out because they had 2 heavies-medic combos 2 sentries and a demoman all hunched over the relatively small Spawn Exit.

people who call tactical advantages "noob" for instance (on call of duty) - juggernaut or the grenade launcher. or (on counter strike) rushing really fast to hide in the corner of a room so they pass you and you can hit them all from behind cause they didnt look. also being spawn killed.
Ok so hitting the ground like 25 ft in front of them and killing them(with the grenade launcher), or taking 2+ headshots to kill you is "tactical" now? Whatever, but the little assholes who have recon and are "pro" at Halo piss me off.
Also people who ***** about K/D on Mw2 piss me off. you are not penalized for deaths, atleast as far as I can tell, so why even remark about it.

I see what you did there.

Since the topic title puts "pro" in quotation marks, I'm gonna say hacking. I swear I've run into 2 hackers on Team Fortress 2 over the course of a week, both building an infinite number of Engineer buildings, Dispensers that fire homing rockets, always overbuffed health, crithack and spyhack (see through your disguise).

Ok, so as a gamer I constantly hear bitching about noobs in games, but never the supposed "pros." So here's the thread to do that in; what supposedly "pro" things in games tick you off? It could be a cookie cutter strategy, or just something they do in your favorite game.

Mine would have to be when there's a newer player on the team, but everybody ignores any plea for help and advice the guy gives, then yells at him and possibly bans him when things trainwreck. Warcraft 3 custom maps are notorious for this.
And CS. Yes, I hate that too.

"ARGRGUHEGEHtgiggheaarhui!!!!"

Pretty much what I'm trying to say is people who teamkill because you took the weapon that they love.

I really, really don't like it when people assume I'm not as good as them, and call me a "noob" for kicking their butts. F'r instance: CoD4, I get accused of grenade mortaring quite a bit, when in fact what I'm doing is looking at my minimap, figuring out where people are, then tossing a grenade over a building that will quite often actually bounce off of them.
That, and being accused of wallhacking (also in CoD4); I'm not wallhacking, I just have deep impact and I'm good at figuring out where people are by either sound or by shooting where people often camp, i.e. in the stairwell of that building with all the holes in it in Crossfire. If you see a line of bullets walking towards you through the wall, don't just sit there and wait for it to start hitting you then complain about wallhacks.

Being cocky, a douche bag, spawn killing, camping, having over powered weapons, and of course blame everything on the team.

You must play the game my way! It's not possible that there's a better way to play then mine! The only reason I ever lose is because of grenade spamming noobs who jump at you when they're shooting! They need to learn to play!!!!111!TOAST1!!!1
Exactly this. These people make me want to punch the monitor. I'll play a game the way I find enjoyable. Sometimes a strategy for helping me play my style better is appreciated, but most of the time people basically cry "NOOB!" if I don't play the way they do. Pisses me off.

Really? I'm curious as to the logic behind the statement. Care to explain?
if your playing something like team fortress 2 the only reason you get spawn camped is because YOU did something wrong. and if your spawn camped for more than 10 seconds in tf2 you really fail.
