What qualitys do you like about a girl/boy?

I only like women who are slim. If she doesn't put any angle on my dangle, then what's the point?
I like women who aren't afraid to be women, who are sassy and challenging, who won't get upset if I'm in charge, women who like surprises, women who are flirty and fun to be with, women who can keep up with me in a conversation, women who know they're a little crazy, women who can take a joke, women who respect me, my time, and my property, and women who are great kissers.
Seriously, every woman thinks she is just an amazing kisser but they are definitely not. It's like potty training sometimes.
Some red flags I see in women:
-Girl who has 50,000 male friends and no female friends =/= tomboy, it means she's a raging attention whore. Red flag.
-Girls who won't shut up about their exes. RED FLAG.
-Religious chicks. I have no respect for religion or anyone who believes in it. Big red flag.
-Sexual hang-ups or baggage. Won't let me go down on her? Red flag.
-Cancels dates or generally flakes out. That's like three red flags right there.
-Insults or disrespects me in front of my friends or family. I don't mean general teasing and such, I mean out-and-out attacks. This is not a red flag, this is instant ejection from the game with no appeals. I can't stand when I see this happen to my friends and I will never allow it to happen to me.

Introverted, decent body(Not overtly large, nor should it be stick-thin), can deal with me, doesn't mind my taste in music.
Those are the qualities I would look for, but I doubt I would only be interested in women who fit this.

Decent sense of humor, reasonably intelligent, alright-looking, and able to appreciate quiet.

I'm a sucker for nice eyes. But appart from that they need to be moderately slim, and inteligent enough to hold a decent conversation... Not necesarily that smart actually just someone I can hold a decent conversation with and a sense of humour. Unfortunately I'm still looking for this woman! 
f a girl is really nice to me, treats me well, that pretty much overcomes any other barrier I would have, looks, preferences, etc. It would help if she was a health nut like me.
For me, has to be slim and attractive, with a good friendly personality, similar interests and decent (and slightly dirty) sense of humour. I have no problems with emotional baggage or poor social skills, as long as they have no problem with me having these.
I agree although face structure does come into play through that could be said about any hairstyle.
