I really enjoy spicy hot food when I'm down, it makes me totally forget about my troubles quickly because I'm too busy enjoying it. I'm not fat I just like hot food!

Single Malt Scotch and a blow job.
I've always found blowjobs a bit like bacon; the idea is better than the reality.

I'm going to go with thinking about blowjobs.

What relaxes me is the thought of not having to do anything. No tests, no appointments, nothing. The feeling that I can just lie down, put up some music, play some games or browse the web without anything gnawing at the back of my mind screaming "You still have to do !@$%".

Also this. Though it doesn't really put me to sleep, it is quite soothing. Creates the perfect reading atmosphere.

The sound of a fan, or even better, an air conditioner. The sound of the compressor just knocks me out. I have to have noise to sleep, if it's dead silent I'll be awake all night.

Also to relax me, Rainbow, the "Aria the animation" ED song, that is a nice, relaxing song.

Fair point. I would recommend a good scotch to go with your "thinking about blowjobs" though.

Hearing a crow call out always makes me feel calm and happy

Staring at the clouds is quite calming

Standing in the rain makes me light up like a Christmas tree

Taking a walk by myself is nice

Meditation is by far, the most relaxing time I have had

Water. Water, to me, is very relaxing. The sound, the feel, the smell. Nothing relaxes me more than the sound of the shower running or rain in a rain/thunderstorm.

Cold is relaxing as well and to continue on that vein, snow. Gently falling snow is very soothing to me.

Cool or pastel colors as well. Bright and warm colors just seem to scream to me.

I play the bass guitar when I need to relax. The riffs I play when relaxing tend to be gentler fingerpicking riffs with moody chords and arpeggios that flow into one another.

I might post some if I ever get decent recording gear.

[sub]As someone up there pointed out, blowjobs work too... but I have the feeling that that isn't what you're going for.[/sub]

Good music.

The hum of a fan nearby.
Cool weather.
A nice time spent petting my dog.
While it's a rarity, getting a good massage.
Lying perfectly still before I drift off to sleep. Of course, for my goals, that's counter productive, but still.

In a driving train or car (passenger/backseat), hearing music and watching the world go by.

Very relaxing. Also due to the fact that you're actually "doing" something(traveling) and are therefore occupied without having to be active.

I quiet a couple of things which is awesome.

- Thunderstorms/Lightning. It makes me calm no matter where.
- Light rain/Rain whilst inside my room. It like it when it is lightly raining on me or just plain raining when I am in my cosy warm room.
- Warm soft summers wing. Just feeling a warm breeze is nice.
- Classical Music. Depends which though.
- Anime theme music. Few exceptions.
- Being on my bed. Just thinking.
- Looking outside my room window.

Its nice listening to these things even when I am already relaxed. :D
My top one has to be the summer soft breeze...it just feels so nice especially in a hot Australian summer.
