I'm not a big fan of spiders. In fact yesterday I saw a fairly big one in the bathroom and my housemates thought I was being attacked or something I screamed so damned loud.

Internet screamers.

I was exposed to the infamous "blue maze" variant when I was in 5th grade. Call me a pansy/pussy whathaveyou, I was traumatized seeing that. I legitimately remember having nightmares for weeks on end. There was no therapy involved, but I had to get over it myself. Ever since then, if any video on the internet seems too quiet for its own good or tells me to turn my volume up, I get out of there real fast.

Anything else, I'm fine with. Being startled like that will make me quite literally shit my pants.

Sudden personality shifts always gives me the creeps.

Also, silent horror-movie monsters fill me with sadness at night. The thing that really freaked me out about Our own Yahtzee Croshaw's "Seven Days a Skeptic" is the fact that, during the stalking sequences, you couldn't tell where the damn thing was, because it made NO SOUND.

Near the end, where the main character is screaming "WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?!" I was screaming it right along with him.

So does sudden avatar-changes. It just feels, odd.

I know, right? It's as if suddenly you've changed who you are entirely.

I guess Bob Dylan was right, the times are a changing. It's a conspiracy I tell you! But who would do such a thing?

Is this a joke? You live in Australia, for fuck's sake! Chickens should be the least of your worries.

OT: Growing old and/or being somehow crippled.
I like spiders and snakes. They are cool in a dangerous way, like flamethrowers and unicorns. But the worst thing is we have chickens at home D:

I'm going to assume that in Aussieland, Chickens are horribly deformed monsters that steal Aussies' children in the dead of night.
They are, they rip your soul through your feet!

I couldn't tell ya. It's enough to drive a man sane for once in his life.

I'd say it would be lots of small bugs. Even a small group of ants is enough to make me feel off, but imagining many, many small bugs crawling around your skin and the ground nearby... Yeah.

Also, my mind at times, because it can turn a quite normal thing into a far more nightmare-inducing one if just bothered a bit. Remember that one barely frightening scene from a movie? Yeah, it's going to get transformed in that factory in my head.

That, and some good ol' heights, people themselves at times and being the last person alive with no-one else around (even though I'm a bit more chill with it).

The only thing that really terrifies me is being forgotten. Makes me want to leave my mark on the world, good or bad doesn't matter as long as I am remembered.

I don't really like being alone either. I remember waking up one morning when I was a very small child & finding the house completely empty, I ran to every room in the house, only to find them empty, I think it fucked me up a bit. My family was all outside for some reason, but yeah it freaked me out at the time. I still don't like to be alone for a long period of time, I like human contact.

Bears and Slenderman. That's about it, really. I also used to be really creeped out by spiders and centipedes, but then I learned some stuff about them and realized that I was being stupid, so now I'm not.

Well nothing short of jump scares or surprising twists tend to catch me off guard.

What I do fear is a zombie outbreak, an alien invasion, androids overrunning the world, breaking bones (especially with legs and feet), needles, and veins gushing out blood.

Deep water that I cant see the bottom of, crocodiles/alligators, roaches but that's more of intense hatred, and I have claustrophobia.

well my sisters boyfreind had to come and get rid of it....yeah
Well look on the bright side. The Nostalgia chick said that feminism was over right? So it wasn't your fault. . . . Entirely. I am not good at cheering people up am I?

Well if I was freaking you out all you had to do was say. Jeez. Don't have to be a dick about it.
[sub][sub]I only wanted a little bit of blood, gawd![/sub][/sub]

OT: Fucking bugs man! In fact, anything that creeps and/or crawls.
Hey, don't get angry at me! I had to Google "Creepy bugs" to get that stuff. I'm doing a service!
This is experience will be slightly more terrifying when I think of some random Escapist user hiding out at the dark end of my hallway... o_e
I'm always watching... always.

By the way I really think you should re-decorate. Your room looks hideous! And while your at it get some more heating in this hallway. It's bloody freezing in here! >;D
Sorry, hallway's floor is all tile. So, it doesn't retain heat very well, invest in some socks :D

You know, I always thought if a member of the Escapist started stalking me in my house, it'd be someone from the Injustice League.

Loss of sense / physical or mental function... much moreso than death. Strokes and Alzheimer's and paralysis such sqick me in a way few other things do...

Beyond that, the future, only as it pertains to the potential to not live the life I'd be happy to review as I'm checking out. I think I've done ok, so far, but I want MOAR before the end.

Spiders. Anything that ugly wants to die. Anything that ugly with that many legs wants me to die.
