But grenade clusters in Fallout always get triggered since the fucking wire is always on a staircase so I can't see them then I hear *tink* *tink* *clank* "OH SHI-" and run up the steps so I don't have to waste stims if one of my legs get blown off.

bear traps in just about every game to ever have bear traps. also enemies that flank. like in RE4 or 5 where you have to stop to shoot. always some dude behind me i'll never notice and then death.

It really depends on the game but my most recent truly hated trap is Dark Messiahs instant kill explosive traps* that give absolutely no warning of their existence.
