One question: Have you played Gauntlet?
Fuck you, floor spikes!
No, but they had it in the Planet of the Apes game. You have to look closely at the floor to see the indentation...but really, who looks at the ground?

Pressure plates on the floor. They either do something very nice, or kill me, and I need to test and see which.

Years of finely honed skills and perception have helped me avoid nearly every trap. But grenade clusters in Fallout always get triggered since the fucking wire is always on a staircase so I can't see them then I hear *tink* *tink* *clank* "OH SHI-" and run up the steps so I don't have to waste stims if one of my legs get blown off.

People who pick arguments with me by misreading my messages, then think I'm arguing with them when I attempt to clarify where they misunderstood me. It's a trolling so subtle that they themselves are often unaware they're doing it.

I'm not sure if this counts as a trap, but those damn Chameleons from Resistance 2 always manage to kill me.

Just about every trap in Fallout 3, apart from the exploding prams.
Except for the baseball pitcher traps and the baby carriage traps.

Just look to the side and you'll usually see the strings of grenades.

So you're saying everyone but you is a troll?

Camp enabling pieces of shit.
Those, mostly because I've never see them. Most everything else I've caught onto already. Yeah, I'm looking at you long, poorly-lit hallways in horror games!

Oh, and the bear traps in Fallout 3, mostly because it is dark and I never see them either.

I really only clicked on the thread to say "Shirogane Naoto :3", but you win due to popularity/relevance. Also, *drool*.

OT: Those fucking Dragon Age tripwires. Aleister must be the dumbest damn Templar (yes, I know he never took the oath. Details), because he runs through every single one before I can de-activate them.

Good example, if slightly too obvious given the context.

The traps in Dragon Age where you hit a wire and there is an explosion of fire and doom. Except it doesn't do anything apart from knock you down.
I'm always getting knocked down by those. I'm always too into the game.

Just because my name has numbers in it doesn't mean I'm a troll, I bet you suck at MW2 n00b, why don't you go crawling back to your precious Galo!

It really depends on the game but my most recent truly hated trap is Dark Messiahs instant kill explosive traps* that give absolutely no warning of their existence.

* I play games on top difficulty.

Daleks

I always fall into their traps
And there is always at least one that escapes [one could even deduce that daleks are "escapists" because they always escape][..ok that was the worst pun ever..] and rebuilds an army :D
