Roman from GTA4 deserves a game where you try to awkwardly pick up women via a rythmn game template.

Tagline: Like Guitar Hero but with a fat Serbian.
If I was going to pick any character that deserves their own game I would have to say Catlina from gta San Andreas & 3. When I play gta, my character actually acts that crazy; every other character must seem schitzo when I take control.

Otherwise, the Mysterious Stranger from fallout3 because he's so mysterious... and strange.

Jim Raynor, or Kerrigan before she was transformed, that or as a Zerg who can boss people around like Overlord. Why? Because it would be AWESOME!! I know Jim technically had his own place, but you never played *as* him.

zerg rush, play a single zergling in a desperate mission to kill an unsuspecting base
I would drool at that, sure the zergling is week, but it would be fun as hell. Maybe do a Left 4 Dead game with you as the terran or zerg and you get rushed /or/ rush the enemy respectably.

Tiber Septim. Or rather, the First Era. I know its not a character but a time period, but you always hear about it and would be a cool TES RTS game to see how it all started. Cyrodill vs Akavir, as well as conquering all fo Tamriel. Have a Morrowind expansion where you see the events that set up Morrowind (When the houses split, and what lead to the Battle of Red Mountain and the end of the dwarves)

I've always thought they should make a Diablo prequel about Cain and the the other... oh, shit, I forgot what they called themselves, the order Deckard Cain is a descendant of.

Deckard Cain
I'm imagining one of those assembly line type games where you put together burgers, cakes, or other random stuff only with this one you have to put symbols in order to identify items. I would not buy this game, but its the only thing I see him doing besides rotting inside a cage until someone saves him... again

Desmond Miles. I always wanted to see the f'ing war that was going on outside the building. I'll be soooo happy if we get to see it in the new Assassins Creed.

Captian Price: doing his awesome shit.
because he's immortal, fought in WW2 AND today.
THAT would be an excuse for an over-the-top micheal-bay-style game.
OR:
zerg rush, play a single zergling in a desperate mission to kill an unsuspecting base
Captain Price & Gaz in an MW + 'Army of Two co-op' style would be an unprecedented degree of awesome.

The merchant from Resident Evil 4. Best game character ever. Who is the man behind the mask and how does he answer the call of special agents in need of guns and ammo? Questions that everybody would like to see answered.
I agree with this in terms of wanting to see more information about him.
My vote personally, is Luka from Lost Planet: extreme condition. She was just awesome.

Are you tired of seeing main characters hog all the spotlight in games? They always seem to have the same basic story and therefore becomes dull. However, sometimes companies create games for the secondary characters. (Luigi, Wario, Shadow the Lazy-Sonic-Team-writers-Hog, Chun-li, etc.)

Now even though many people will argue whether or not a game for a secondary character is good the question is what video game character do you think deserves its own game and why?

My Top 3 Choices: Meta Knight, Knuckles & Chaotix, and Wario & Waluigi.

My reasons: Each one of them has a deep story and character. Especially a NEW Knuckles & Chaotix b/c they're background stories have remained the same and interesting while Sonic team can't give their Fast Blue Failure a scenario and stick to it. Wario & Waluigi would be nice to see together in their own platforming adventure.

What about you?
While I agree about Knuckles and the Chaotix (Espio should have his own ninja game, that has a lot of room for story seeing as how he's never really mentioned) but I disagree with the Sonic failure part. Anyway, back to the topic, Bowser could use a game where he actually wins at something, not against Mario but maybe give Bowser a king rival with their own army and such.
Welcome to the escapist Footinbox, and I personally would like to see a game with just Julie Su (if anyone even remembers her from the classic Archie Comics.
Easily the coolest sidekick of knuckles ever!

Zelda. I don't mean the shitty two games that came out for the CD-i, I mean a real game about her. It's always called "the Legend of Zelda," isn't it about time it really *is* her legend? The trouble is figuring out which Zelda from which era, they seem to be different. My vote is the Zelda from Ocarina of Time because the Sheik persona would definitely add to some interesting game play (perhaps incorporating a different type of mission, etc). Zelda has a lot of power and has the potential for some real development as a character if we would only give her that chance!

I'd like to see a game where you actually play as Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Boba Fett or Han Solo... Is that just too much to ask? We all know how awesome the first level of the force unleashed is...

Failing that, another vote goes to Wrex, as a bounty hunter the potential is huge.

If we're gonna dip into the Archie bank of Sonic goodness, the I'll have to say Scourge the Hedgehog (if not his own game then make him the villain) and Lara-Su are good candidates.
