I don't read alot, like.. at all.
I'm currently reading 'The Last Wish', but only because I've been playing the Witcher which is based on the book.

Currently reading The Amber Spyglass by Philip Pullman.
I want to tell you just to put it down and pretend that the Subtle Knife was the last book, but you might as well finish it. I was just really dissapointed with it.

The Catcher in the Rye - pretty awesome book in my opinion.
Someday I'll find out if that's true or not. I've tried twice and never gotten more then a chapter in, due to my incredible urge to throttle the narrator for being such a whiney little *****. Does he ever become likeable?

Last book I read was Baldur's Gate II Throne of Bhaal.
Way too short in my opinion, but very good. I suppose I was surprised by how good it was for a book based on a computer game.

The Last book I finished was Over the Edge of the World: Magellan's terrifying circumnavigation of the globe by Laurence Bergreen. Well written and exciting, proof that truth is often better(and stranger) then fiction.

Currently Rereading Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West by Gregory McGuire. Partially to see how well it holds up on a second reading. So far it mostly does.

Meelis, im 89.2% sure that you have never heard of it, its because its an Estonian book, a war story. It was for a schoolwork I had to do. I usually don't read books about war and such, but I was pleasantly surprised, it wasn't that bad, too bad it was short, only about 98-100 pages. Not in my top 5 favorites, but I liked it.

As in the last book you finished or the last one you just read and maybe are still reading?
In the first case: Soul Music by Terry Pratchett. Loved all the rock culture references, the wizards stole the show as usual (though they were even more awesome in Reaper Man), but the ending was a bit hmmhmm.
In the last case: Mostly Harmless by Douglas Adams, last part in the 'increasingly inaccuratly named trilogy of five.' I read it already (I started reading the Hitchhikers serie again between Partchett books, some take way too long to arrive after I order them) so I know that it is pretty ok (less good than the first 2 books) and that the ending is a complete load of horseshit. Still amusing though.

Ooh i've heard about that, its supposed to be pretty decent. I heard they turned it into a musical or something a few years back.
