Jedi Knight 1 and MotS, but I didn't really buy it, I lend it from a friend.

The first one I bought was Warhammer40k: Fire Warrior, an astoundingly bad FPS. I wasn't even 18 then, amazon marketplace ftw.

When I was finally 18 I bought.. *thinks*.. nothing for years. Recently -> STALKER: Clear Sky.

Grand Theft Auto for the PC when I was 5. And no, my parents did not know that I played it. My brother had it, and I was very sneaky as a kid.

GTA San Andreas when I was about 14/15. Parents wouldn't let me get Vice City when I was 10, when everyone else I knew was playing it. To be honest, I wouldn't let my kid either.

To be fair, at least you'll be an educated parent on the subject of video games.

I believe my first M rated game was Ghiest on the Gamecube when I was either 9 or 10.
Partially nude shower scenes, gunning people down, and haunting images or rabbits being posseced. Good times.

Played Diablo with my dad at age 5 or six. I never found it to be too scary or gory. Briefly after that played Half-Life with my dad.

Halo 3, I was 14 I played it my friends house and since it wasn't that bad I was able to make a case to my parents to let me get it following this they just OKed every M game for me.
