Powerful columnized sound waves. These speakers exist and send 100 decibel sound wave as psychological warfare, be tee dubs, that is it's lowest setting. Pretty sure its highest setting can mess with some sort of electronics.

And how would you obtain said EMP? Do you have access to any nukes I don't know about?
Counter-question: where the hell is this robot uprising coming from?

Crysis, or something in that vein of massive graphics which simply cannot be run by any computers.

Ambush the strongest robot I can find, (be it a Centurion or a Terminator or whatever) drop a bowling ball on its head, remove its arms and replace my own. Then I'd befriend the only robot that doesn't want to kill me, break into the robot HQ with my robo-buddy and my braniac girlfriend, fight off hundreds of swarming androids before finally jumping down 50 stories to inject the overmind with robot killing nannites.

Cookie for the reference.

A rail gun, prefferably the one from metal gear solid 4 because it looks badass.

Heh. I literally just finished watching Terminator Salvation.

Anyway, I would probably go with an EMP.

Microwave.

Next question.
How would you weaponize this microwave exactly?
How would you keep the microwave from killing all organic life around it. (It would be much more effective on organic creatures than it would on machines)
You assume I care about organic creatures. And a lot of microwaves continue to work just fine if the door is broken. If I wanted to be excessive, I could just loot a whole lot of microwaves and build myself a nice little fortress (of massive power-seepage and fire safety hazards) with microwaves around the perimeter. Besides, I like a nice fistful of toasty popcorn with my robot apocalypses.
I don't want to go to were you live then, every microwave I've ever seen never works with an open door to prevent you cooking yourself. You could glue the mechanism down to "trick" the microwave to think the door was closed so it would work with an open door.

On topic: lightsabre, if you were offered the chance you would.

What? You can have a robot uprising but no lightsabers? Damn!

Then I would wrap myself in tinfoil and hit the off button.

I choose SCRAPYARD, it's powerful electromagnets and non-AI based machines designed for destroying anything made of metal would come in most handy!
Dude, NO! Didn't you see Eagle Eye? (pretty good movie, LeBouf actually does a pretty good job in it) A scrapyard is the last place you want to be.

Fine then, I'd jury-rig the electromagnet in the scrapyard to function as a rudimentary EMP device.

If a magnet can screw my computer royally, it can do it to a robot just as well.

I don't need no stinkin' weapons!

I'd just be me; computers hate that.

Robot Invasion. really?! thats just stupid, nothing like that could ever really happen.... Now if there was something like a zombie invasion (much more plausible) i'd go with an AK-47 or a really good hiding place.

An army of loyal robots/cyborgs.
That plus having a powerful magnetic field covering all entrances to my bunker.
