Holy shit, the game isn't even close to being released and it already has its own hipster counter-culture. Makes me want to pre-order right now.

Let me run down the list of features for the uninformed:

- Campaign which can be played single-player or coop up to 16 players.
- Choose a body type, choose a class, choose your primary and secondary weapons, choose your look, then further customize all of it for years to come. Weapons have different scope types, clip types, trigger types, handle types, etc.
- Free-running/parkour for medium and light body types.
- Objective-based gameplay which awards extra XP for accomplishing tasks necessary for team success.
- Basically an expanded TF2 with no micro-transactions.

...and it's being published by Bethesda man.

I love them as a developer... but anything they've done third party has been, well.... awful.

However, if I am proven wrong I'll be happy! The features you listed certainly sound like they could be fun.

My friends and I are looking forward to it. From what I've seen, it looks to be a great game. If it sucks, though, I'd probably just keep on keeping on. There are always other games.

Just saw the trailer recently and it looks like a highly polished Team Fortress 2 type game made for consoles.

Not sure if I'd want to give it a try. I might be comparing it too much to TF2- one of the greatest games of ALL TIME!

I know what you mean, but unless you haven't seen any trailers or gameplay (and even more so if you haven't). I'd say you're trolling.
On topic: I'd say I'd be really dissapointed because I'm probably gonna buy it soon after release for me and my nephew.

Off topic: Is that a melee weapon on Tank? That would have been a fun feature for him. The whole "explosive weapons expertise" on him wasn't really all that good during my experience with the game.

THAT CAN'T HAPPEN! I would probably just swear a lot with the unavoidable realization that I spent a year hyping a game that turned out being complete shit. Then I would play Crysis 2 or Portal 2.
