I was actually thinking about this a couple of days ago. The internet would surely collapse and even some governments would fall apart resulting in complete anarchy in Eastern European countries.

Seriously now, I would mourn. I'm not ashamed to admit that Chuck Norris was the reason why I got involved in martial arts. That was a long time ago, before all those jokes. At the dawn of internet.

I'm guessing Chuck Norris will probably explode in a massive cloud of self satisfaction, with schrapnel flying everywhere - and by schrapnel I mean fists -, covering the world in flames and radioactive dust and out of the ashes a new Chuck Norris will rise like a phoenix and, seeing the destruction he himself has caused, will shake his head solemnly and say something philosophical like "People who create internet memes about well known celebrities should know when to quit". And then he'll build a new society. From one of his pubes.
