For those sadly in the dark, it's from Avatar: The Last Airbender, episode 17, season 3, The Ember Island Players, when the Fire Nation has a play based on the events of the show and completely screws it all up. Funniest episode in that entire fantasy epic.
If you haven't watched that show, I weep for you. Go find season 1 right now.

Yes, I'm a hopeless fanatic: I adore that show. You tend to have these lines memorized when you've seen the show from beginning to end 6 times.
