Ah, that reminds me, I forgot about Ookami-san To Shichinin No Nakama-tachi. It's by the same people who made Toradora and is pretty enjoyable, and it's rather short at only 12 episodes. I also recommend Angel Beats!, it's probably the funniest anime I've seen, although the "romance" part of it doesn't really come in until the end.

Dude please tell me the is a second season of Ookami-san!!! The didn't finish anything! I want more! LOL

Ladies vs Butlers is pretty good if you can look past the gratuitous ecchi-ness.

Also, Futakoi (the original series, not the spinoff).

Seto No Hanayome isn't too bad either.

My only suggestion could be Love Hina (that you haven't watched already) but I read the Love Hina manga, and found the anime to be disappointing by comparison, but objectively I suppose I could say that the Love Hina anime was actually pretty good, just not up to the manga's status.

Anyway Desu is a connecting word just to make a sentence personal rather than impersonal, if a character says it a lot it is meant to be cute.

Not to be mistaken with "kowaii", which is "scary".
